“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed. It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated. On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later. The rooms are outdated...

“Our stay was good our check in was not they didn’t get my reservation from hotels.com but they matched the price there were a couple features of the pool that didn’t work but the kids still loved it my only real complaint is They didn’t have an included breakfast”

“For short quick trips, this hotel is a great choice. My room was clean and so were the other common areas in the building. I felt safe, the property is quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the front desk does not stay open late. They do have a phone that you can use to call if you need help but I'm not sure how quick they are to respond. I used it once because my key was not working to unlock the door and the phone just rang and rang. The only reason I was able to get to my room...

“The only issue we had was when i tried to call the hotel to tell them we'd be checking in late and needed a shuttle in the morning, they could not help me because I went thru hotels.com. and I'd have to call you guys. Finally they said they'd transfer me to the front desk and they just said no problem as long as your here before midnight and let them know about the shuttle when you check in. This was after 10 minutes of hold and begging with the other guy.”
