🌴 Welcome! We are Karla and Dani interior designers and artists and we created this space with a lot of love, paying attention to every detail to make it feel like a true home away from home. We are just steps from the main avenue, offering easy access to some of Tulum’s most beautiful beaches, as well as restaurants, cafés, shops, and the area's main attractions. The building features a beautiful shared rooftop pool and an on-site gym (available for an additional fee).



The Space:

🌿 This bright, new 1-bedroom apartment was designed to offer you a comfortable, relaxing, and special stay in Tulum. It features a beautiful, fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a comfortable King-size bed with soft linens and pillows chosen for a restful sleep. 🤍



One of the apartment's highlights is the balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing on the lounge chairs. 🌅



The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, ensuring you can rest comfortably after a day of exploring Tulum.

🔐 The complex offers 24/7 security and surveillance, as well as private, monitored parking.



📌 Important information regarding reservations:

For security reasons and to protect both our guests and the property, some reservations may require identity verification and/or an in-person check-in process. This allows us to confirm that the person who made the reservation is the one staying in the apartment.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy every area of ​​the apartment, as it has been designed exclusively for their comfort and enjoyment.



All the rooms will be at the guests' disposal, allowing them to feel right at home whether they wish to rest peacefully or get ready for the day's activities.



The Neighborhood:

The best supermarket in Tulum is conveniently located a few steps away. The studio is between the Pueblo and the beach, in a new complex that is calm and beautiful.



It has 1 international cuisine restaurant and 1 Italian restaurant on the premises and thousands of cafe, restaurant and shopping options within walking distance.



Getting Around:

The best way to explore Tulum is by bicycle.



You can also ask the security guards to order a taxi or sleep peacefully knowing your car is securely parked in the gated parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

Gym rates (subject to change without prior notice):

Day: $200 MXN

3 days: $400 MXN

Weekly: $600 MXN

Monthly: $800 MXN



We include 10 kWh per night during your stay. If consumption exceeds this amount, the additional cost is $6 MXN per kWh. We appreciate your help in conserving energy during your visit. 💚✨



Tulum is a town located in the jungle; please be aware that power outages may occur, potentially affecting Wi-Fi signals or services such as water supply. Cell phone reception may also be limited in some areas.



We provide one towel per person for the duration of the stay; most of our apartments are located near a laundromat.



The apartment includes two complimentary bicycles for your use; there is no charge for using them, and it does not affect the reservation price. We are not liable for any accidents or incidents arising from their use; we offer them in good faith. Please use them with caution.

It is essential to secure them properly when left unattended. We provide locks for this purpose; please look for locations where the bicycles can be securely locked.

In the event of serious misuse or damage, we reserve the right to claim the cost of repairs or appropriate compensation.



🔒Security Deposit🔒

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a hold for a security deposit. This hold is not an actual charge and is automatically released after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of stay terms.



The process is secure and handled via a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
