**Gym Hours:** 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

**Laundry Hours:**

* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Extra work requires prior authorization.

**Maintenance work is allowed:**

* Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

**General Rules:**

* Leaving trash in common areas is strictly prohibited.
* All garbage must be placed in the designated trash containers.
* Zero tolerance for noise after 10:00 PM (Max. 90 dB).
* Hanging towels or clothes on balcony areas is not allowed.
* Pets must always be on a leash and are not allowed in the rooftop or gym areas.
* Use of unassigned parking spaces is subject to availability.
* Motorcycles are not allowed in the bicycle area.
* Owners, guests, and visitors must always behave respectfully and courteously.

**In case of noise complaints or damage to the condominium:**

1. **First warning:** The guest/tenant, property manager, and owner will be notified of the rule violation.
2. **Second warning:** A fine will be issued, and all parties will be notified.
3. **Third warning:** A $100 USD fine will be applied to the private unit. If ignored, the matter will be reported to the corresponding authorities.

**Pool and Rooftop Area Rules:**

* Pool and rooftop terrace hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
* Pets are not allowed in this area.
* Food and beverages are not allowed inside the pool.
* The pool is for the exclusive use of registered owners, guests, and visitors.
* Proper swimwear is required at all times.
* Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
* Children must always be under adult supervision.
* In case of any incident, those responsible will be subject to penalties and/or fines according to internal regulations.
* Speakers are not allowed on the rooftop.
* Glassware is strictly prohibited in the rooftop and pool areas.
* Smoking is not allowed, including electronic cigarettes.
* Diving into the pool is not permitted.
* If restaurant equipment is needed, please notify the Administration in advance.
