Thanks for your review but we do something unfair to say that when your stay lasted 4 nights and they even wanted to extend one more. There is one person in the hotel all day and we have security guard at night. When they wanted to cancel the night they wanted to extend, their refund was generated without any problem. They were also provided with another room for their complaint at reception. I think we were very kind and understandable. And with the security I do not know why you can say that if no one ever entered your mayan room or stole anything, also that is why we have a safe in the rooms. We regret that your experience has not been as expected but it is not fair to raise false. They were supported in everything they requested. Best regards Serena Tulum
