actually all staff was great
But she was exceptional
.She prepared all our meals
which where very tasty
And kept the place clean
very helpful
I didn’t know we had staff /security for over night
Was a little taken aback by that
especially since it was a guy
I have daughters, one with special needs
 But he was there to take care of any needs we had
very respectful and we barely realized he was there
Beware there is no hot water

“The house was beautiful, we got to enjoy every room. The assistant Wilfredo and Maid/Chef made the trip so much more amazing. The place was always clean and if you request for her to cook just know everything she makes is amazing. The only downside to this property that is NOT LISTED is the fact that it has NO HOT RUNNING WATER. Your showers will be cold or slightly lukewarm. So keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise an amazing property and staff.”

"El hotel estĂĄ bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes y actividades. El personal desde que llegamos muy atentos y serviciales. Una linda piscina en la parte de la terraza del hotel da para un tiempo de relax sino se quiere ir a la playa que tienes muy cerca del hotel. En general muy lindo hotel, lo Ășnico malo es que la habitaciĂłn donde nos quedamos no tiene buena insolaciĂłn al ruido externo tanto del pasillo como al exterior del hotel. Se podrĂ­a ver ese asunto. "
