“The place was dirty, had broken toilets and was in poor condition.”

“A good apartment in a fantastic location. A solid 8.5/10. Easy to check in and out, effective communication with the hosts and included everything one might expect from accomodation like this. Travelled with my girlfriend, and we found the apartment to be nice and cozy. Not massive in any respects, but worked well for us since we don't mind the closeness. One thing to note that was especially good was the bathroom. Felt very nice and clean, especially for being in an older building like this...

“Very helpful staff, and nice place in good location. They arranged for an earlier check in. Could have been a bit cleaner, as felt it hadn't been used in a while. There was also no shampoo or body soap there, but they arranged for some after asking. Overall good though”

“L’appartement était très bien on ne peut rêver plus central dans Turin ! Il est très dommage que l’agence locale Wonderful Italy n’est pas répondu toute la journée avant notre arrivée( impossible à joindre même par mail) Le marin de notre arrivée ,enfin ,un message de la jeune femme qui avait les clefs et qui a été très ponctuelle et efficace .. ”

“On the plus side, location is central and the staff go the extra mile to assist and help. However, the apartment has a poor quality to price ratio. It looks old and worn out. The windows are ancient and do not keep you warm at night. The tram passing by under the main bedroom window is loud. The elevator was not working. The main door could not be closed from inside... I would not stay there again”

“The apartment itself was great - renovated, comfy and clean. There was also public transport available easily and supermarkets nearby. However, be aware that the location is not in a good neighbourhood especially if you plan to go out at night. We had kids and always made sure we came back before it was dark but that meant we missed out on night time activities.”
