“The experience was horrible. It is not fitting to be called a 5-star hotel. Location is 15mins from the airport but super off, surroundings was just dead and beside the motorway. Hotel itself is outdated, room was like a normal 3-star hotel, bed was hard, pillows are way too high, toilet not clean enough, facilities like indoor pool and gym were closed during our stay eventhough the staff at the check in mentioned the opening hours of it. “V helpful reception staff. Good breakfast. V close to beach. Fantastic beach bar with great staff. Nice pool. Mediocre overpriced restaurant with staff in need of training. We had a lovely big room with generous bathroom and separate sitting room.”

“We’re not “all inclusive” type people and prefer to have a kitchen to prepare food, so Kamkat was great. It was also not close in to the “inclusive” path of hotels lined end to end on the beach. Food stores were not so close (lots of souvenir shops mostly). But was found many options north of D400 that were walkable. The villa is beautiful and really well-maintained and equipped. It is situated with a perfect view of Babadag mountain and just far enough from town to be peaceful.
