“The experience was horrible. It is not fitting to be called a 5-star hotel. Location is 15mins from the airport but super off, surroundings was just dead and beside the motorway. Hotel itself is outdated, room was like a normal 3-star hotel, bed was hard, pillows are way too high, toilet not clean enough, facilities like indoor pool and gym were closed during our stay eventhough the staff at the check in mentioned the opening hours of it.
