“Very clean throughout. Nice setup that allows privacy within the same property. Our 14yo took over the lower floor , which has its own bathroom and kitchenette. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom and kitchen. This is a great newly remodeled housen but it is onan older / less "kept" street having said that- we never felt unsafe at all and we had no issues. Never an issue with parking - there were always multiple spots available on the street right in front of the property. One...

“We had a great stay! The place was super clean, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. Everything felt really intentional and well put together. The heated bathroom tile was a great touch. The only small thing was the glass entry door, it felt a little exposed at times. Maybe a tint or shade would make it feel a bit more private. It’s also right next to the 31st incline, so there’s some traffic noise, but we brought a speaker and played ocean sounds and with earplugs we slept...

“Nice place. Well appointed. The deck is great. I found the bed comfortable, my cousin thought hers was a bit soft. Different preferences, most likely. Guests should be aware that there are steep stairs to get inside (Welcome to Pittsburgh, folks!) and the second bathroom is just a toilet in the basement. It was fine for three sisters, but I can’t imagine 7 people sharing the one full bathroom. We would stay again if it was just 3 of us.”

“Communication with host was excellent. The property looks like it's in the middle of some work, which left some unfinished appearances (outlet covers, spackling/paint, things like that). It was left very clean by the clean up crew.Biggest drawback was the temperature. Bedrooms are small which led to the bed being right against a window, and with the air conditioner still installed, the cold air came seeping through the cracks all night long. “The stay was fine. The beds are not real mattresses which seems poorly done for a Vrbo. Would have been nice to have a long mirror other than the 1 bathroom mirror as well as ice trays to make ice. ”
