“The room smelled like bug spray, there was mouse poo on one of the beds, there was old food behind the night stand, there were no hangers, no batman, no hand towel, the toilet was gross, the tub had so much hair in it I could have made a wig and under the sink had used kleenex's, some other junk and best of all.. someone else's hat, last but not least the bathroom counter was broken, not just cracked...broken which they attempted to cover up by putting our stained bath towels on. “We stayed in a Handicap accessible room with roll-in shower. This room worked great for us. My husband has ALS and is in power wheelchair and there was plenty of room to maneuver his chair in the room. The room was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. The staff was very helpful. We will stay again.”
