“Modent och rent hotell mitt i Old Town. Vi hade bästa rummet med terrassen så upplevelsen var magisk!”

“Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“This is not a hotel. It is somebody’s condominium. Upon entering the building you’re stuck finding the owner. It has no pool, no available parking. The building is still under deconstruction so you’re stuck, listening construction noises .”

“clean, new, friendly staff, great location, nice view”

“Excellent”

“The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

“Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful. Everything has been handled professionally, and the staff truly make you feel genuinely cared for. What stood out the most was the incredible kindness and humanity of the staff. A special thank you to Zaza from the night shift, who went above and beyond for us. My younger brother got badly sunburned...

“This is not at all a five start hotel , I wonder how Hilton even lets its brand to be on this hotel!! Service at breakfast is poor , it’s crowded and noisy at breakfast and the assortment is not sufficient. The room was bit worn out and old furniture and lamps, we paid for high floor twin room but got a kind room at 9th floor which is only the fifth floor of the hotel as they count the ground floor as 4. I don’t recommend this hotel , it is not worth the price at ”

“We stayed only 2 days instead of 5 because: we found ants, no light in the bedroom, NO WATER FROM 4 am to 2 pm the next day. NOT EVEN A DROP OF WATER!!!! When we arrived at the place where the reservation said that was our apartment, they send us an email telling us to go to a different building!!!! After we asked for the refund, we went to a beautiful little hotel call BLACK SEA STAR HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE, BREAKFAST INCLUDED in a nice place with nice staff. It was a very disappointing...

“Hotellet var fräscht, däremot hade vi önskat påfyllning av toalettpapper oftare. Dom erbjöd städning en gång i veckan vilket vi bokade in. ”
