“Only laundry not so good. The dryer took 2x about at least 1 hr to dry a small load. Only 2 washing mach and 2 dryers so waited awhile to get to use it”

“I for the most part enjoyed our stay at our hotel, however the staff was not very friendly. One staff member rudely said to my Aunt, "You are in my way" while trying to refill the coffee pot. An "excuse me" would have been much nicer and achieved the same result. When I asked for dining recommendations from the front desk this employee acted like I was an idiot and that I was bothering him.”

“There were broken outlets and the shower had a strip of metal coming off the front where there was mold visibly under it. It just seemed like these would be easy fixes. There was also a cleaning rag that was left on the floor that looked forgotten by the house-keeping crew. Visible stain on the carpet. Kind of gave me me an icky feeling.”

“Breakfast ok, it got all you needed! Smooth check-in and check-out, close to the airport and the transfer worked very well! Clean rooms with AC.”

“Location to U of M Hospital was great. The young gentleman at the reception desk asked if we had any requests, & I told him a room by the pool would be great. He changed where he previously had our room & gave us a room near the pool. Very nice! Good breakfast & easy checkout.”

“The hotel is nice. Decent breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The one thing I would like to see changed is the communal soap, conditioner and location. I am not a fan as I have no idea if someone put anything into the bottles.”

“They’re very nice people working there. The managers very nice very accommodating as well as the workers. My only issue was they were reminding people to smoke marijuana outside the front of the building. Marijuana is to be smoked on the property public and hotel.. We are bringing the kids up smoke right at us and the kids and I was not Happy. I talk to the manager and she put up a notice. It is against the law.”

“My companion and I really enjoyed the family setting of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We felt safe. We loved that dogs were not just allowed but greeted with open arms. Not only was the staff wonderful the guests were too and i believe its because the management set the tone for a welcoming, accepting stay. ”

“A well maintained property! Several upgrades since my last stay : New trash/recycle area!, new desk chair, new phone and toilet! Robert, as usual was awesome, accommodating and professional! Room 104 is perfect room for a single traveler or couple. Spacious, close to the ice machine, office and Panera!”
