“Reasonably priced and very central. Good breakfast, but extortionately priced by student standards ($12 I think). I couldn’t afford it so brought some small groceries from the supermarket. Staff were friendly, but a bit checked out. Could definitely use a deep cleaning as they smell like a locker room. Bathrooms were reasonably clean. ”

“Booked the motel when the UTA trail run was still happening and it was literally the only room in/near Katoomba available. Decided to still spend the weekend after the event was cancelled. The Motel is pretty dire. Ultimately you get what you pay for at $85 a night. It’s situated right between the train line and highway so is super noisy. No staff on site so check in is automated - which is fine except it reeks of a place that can be rented by the hour. And it also actually reeks...damp smell,...
