“Centralt och nära till resturang och shopping.Trevlig personal och välstädat . Det är dock livat pga närheten till resturanger och pubar. Madrasserna i sängarna är hemska då fjädrarna känns emot kroppen”

“We were kept waiting for our room for much too long. We explained we had a dead line, which was not negotiable, but were told many times "two minutes, no more". Breakfast very good, and so was the bar. Staff friendly, but a bit disorganized. Rooms clean, but the sheets and blankets were terribly unclean and should be thrown away.”

“Staff were amazing, using a real human approach to their job. Youve got a a great team that work together and understand that their customers are people too. We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! Truly cant wait to see and hear what he gets up to because no matter what he does hes going to absolutely smash it just like he did with serving us during our stay. “Ett vanligt lite tråkigt ställe. Det var väl helt ok, förutom att det varma vädret gjorde att hotellrummet var vansinnigt varmt hela natten och fönstren gick bara att ställa på glänt pga en låst barnsäkerhetsspärr. Personalen gjorde vad de skulle, men inte mer. Receptionen var tidvis obemannad och trots att det fanns en "ringklocka" dröjde det ett bra tag innan nån dök upp. Vi åt i restaurangen, det var bra pris med enorma portioner. Den vanliga standard pubmaten.”

“Basic room. King size bed with spotlessly clean bed linen. Mattress and pillows a little too firm for me but that is just my preference. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast of coffee, orange juice, water, croissant with jam and butter, a cereal bar and a tangerine. View of Portishead marina .”

“First the bad bits-its past history as an hostel clearly shows, especially when you notice staff only inhabit the property, thrice daily before leaving, causing mess to linger for upto six hours.
