“We had a great time. The location of Knockshannoch is THE BEST in Charlotte pass - with guest services (ski hire and lift passes) just across the lane it is one of only a few places in Charlotte pass with a genuine ski in and ski out location. Highly practical ski storage and drying room in the entrance. Excellent food - not just breakfast (the Wotif listing was misleading when we booked) but three meals a day! Including a three course dinner prepared by a friendly chef who was happy to make...

The website advertises a public bar, bistro, and pool table, but none of those were available during our stay. They say there's an indoor pool but we couldn't find it. We would have asked reception where the pool was, but it wasn't manned, at all (the website said it would be). There was a sign at reception that said "call this number if there's no-one at reception" but no-one answered (well...
