“Very clean hotel!! Very welcoming, helpful, amd friendly staff!! Housekeeping is TOP NOTCH!! We did not expect our room to be cleaned and new towels provided after our first night, it was such a nice surprise!! The hotel is EXTRA CLEAN!! When we travel to Mackinac Island again - this will be our choice of stay!! Locqtion is really good too, its about 2 min drive to the ferry, free shuttle provided as well. ”

“The facility was excellent except for the breakfast offered. The non-hot offerings were fine, however, the two hot entrees offered both days were not so good. Powdered eggs both days, doctored with cheese the first day and then it was cheese and salsa mixed in the powdered eggs the second day. “It was a good stay wish they had better breakfast food the coffee was bad and the juice was watered down way too much the rooms were good but didn't have enough soap and the pool didn't look clean but it was warm but it did need more water in the pool the staff are super nice and helpful great customer service I would come back for sure.”
