“The hotel was clean, the breakfast was decent, the gentleman doing the breakfast bar was funny and engaging. The desk staff should take pointers. They were cordial but I didn’t feel a welcoming vibe, just this is my job. There was a second person who never looked up from her computer while I checked in.
