This spacious penthouse apartment, boasting a private entry, underwent a comprehensive refurbishment in 2024, receiving upgrades including new carpet, fresh paint, rejuvenated showers, and opulent furnishings throughout. This beautiful space has an open plan living/dining with two distinct living zones. Sink into relaxation in the sitting area, furnished with four cozy chairs, or enjoy the plush couch while indulging in entertainment on the smart TV, a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

Step outside onto the expansive balcony, outfitted with an 8-seater outdoor setting, where you can savor panoramic views of the pool and lush tropical gardens as prepare your favourite BBQ lunch on the Weber.

The kitchen is a culinary haven- equipped with an array of modern appliances and ample kitchenware, including a fridge, dishwasher, 6-burner gas stove, electric oven, and a convenient Nespresso pod coffee machine.

Experience year-round comfort with ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment.
Retreat to the spacious master suite, furnished with a luxurious Queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and its own private access to the balcony. Pamper yourself in the generous ensuite, featuring an enclosed toilet for added privacy, double basins, a new shower, and a large bath with a window into the bedroom.

The second bedroom is equally inviting with a comfortable Queen bed and its own ensuite with a basin and shower. Bedroom 3 offers two single beds and access to the front balcony adjoining the TV living area. Each of the three bedrooms encircles the living space, providing a sense of seclusion while maintaining connectivity.

Additional conveniences include another bathroom with a shower and separate toilet, with toiletries provided for your comfort. The laundry facilities, equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, streamline your stay, ensuring a hassle-free experience away from home.

This property also offers the convenience of three dedicated car spaces in the secure underground carpark. While lifts are available within the complex, guests will encounter a short half flight of stairs upon entry into the apartment.
