Next to Sleepy Hollow, 7 mins from the seaside village of Pottsville and 6 mins from the eclectic village of Burringbar sits Wooyung House;

A subtropical haven. Listen to birdsong and the ocean. Open the huge sliding doors whilst using one of the 2 full length decks, relax on daybeds, a hammock or the love seat.
Visit local Wooyung beach, swim in Pottsville or Hastings creek, visit local farmers markets, art galleries, gin distilleries, cafes, restaurants and the Northern Rivers Rail Trail.

The space
Set in private subtropical gardens, this is a fabulous place to come to with a small group of friends or family to relax, unwind and enjoy the sparkling new pool with a swim up bar and ‘jump rock’. This is a large home with polished concrete floors in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Wooyung House has 2 seperate living areas. Outside there are 2 expansive decks with outdoor seating areas where you’ll be treated to comfortable places to lie or sit while taking in native birdsong and listening to the ocean. Get cosy by the indoor fire or outdoor firepit and stargaze.

The home has three generous, light filled bedrooms. All three bedrooms have direct access to an outdoor area. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. One bedroom has an ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a large well appointed bathroom. There is a pull out sofa in the second living area for extra guests. We have a new 55inch Sony smart tv in one living area and a smaller Sony tv in the second living area. There is wifi throughout the house. There is a modern kitchen with a smeg dishwasher, an oversized oven and large fridge. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. There is a laundry with a washing machine and a clothes line outside. The garage can fit two cars, close by the house. We have games to play for all ages and we have a huge library of books for you to explore. There are no strict rules for being outside after a certain time or noise limits as we are in the country.

We are 7mins to Pottsville, 6 mins to Burringbar, 7mins to Wooyung Beach, 12 mins to Hastings Point, 15 mins to Cabarita Beach, 20mins to Brunswick Heads and 30mins from Byron Bay.

Guest access
You have all of the house and immediate surroundings. There are other people living on the property but you won’t see them as they are not within sight.

Other things to note
Although we will do a thorough clean of the property.
Be aware that you may find country things such as spiders, frogs, and other native animals around the property.

We are very conscious of our natural environment therefore we encourage you to use the correct bins, be water wise and use the provided products for the laundry and dishwasher.
