“I was very grateful to the staff for all their support during the passing of my sister at the Johnson City Medical Center. We were given such care and helpful attention when we needed to coordinate incoming family and for making new reservations. Our room arrangements shifted but anything we needed was there and our rooms were kept clean and comfortable. We were so emotional and tired each day that their thoughtfulness and caring was deeply appreciated. Thank you”

“Clean room and very comfortable beds, efficient heat. Nice balcony to go look at the light overnight snowfall. Nice breakfast area but juice machine was out of order but they did have apple juice in cups. All that were interacted were very pleasant and helpful. Thought that check in was a little tedious, trying to up sale credit accounts.”

“This hotel was wonderful. We came down for a wedding and stayed for a 5 day vacation. The rooms were nice, extremely clean and well appointed. It was very nice and served the purpose of a clean room which is more than I can say for other hotels. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful and granted our requests. The breakfast was nice but is a typical Continental breakfast of yogurt, muffins, fruit cups and waffles so as someone low carb the options were few. Only critique is no coffee...
