“Nice hotel in the "downtown" area of BSB (albeit the downtown area is very small). Friendly and helpful staff. Cafe that serves dinner - I had a great pizza with some local flavor. The breakfast did not offer a whole lot of variation, but was ok.”

“Very well situated and convenient hotel. Offers airport transfer (complimentary). Breakfast is filling but quite basic. Aircon couldn't get the temperature in the room below 25 C, but was not as noisy as I was expecting after some other reviews. ”

“It's a fine hotel overall. The room we booked and paid for weeks before arrival wasn't available. The airport transfer was unpredictable both times we used it. You need to book your own taxi if you want to be sure.”

“The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient. ”
