“Wonderful place to stay!”

“1872 Inn exceeded my expectations. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all so kind and helpful. Check in was easy, and it was very nice being escorted to our room and shown were the amenities were. Breakfast each morning offered a variety of hot and cold options, and staff continually cleaned and refilled. I chose this inn while in town for the Yellowstone 1/2. It was an easy 6/7 min walk to the start line. Would choose this hotel again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Yellowstone! The location is perfect—just minutes from the West Entrance and very close to shops and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all essentials, making it feel like home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Yellowstone! ”

“The hotell felt like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. But well maintained. Had it not been for the price in comparison to what you get the rating would have been higher. Although that is true for almost all hotels in West Yellowstone. The pool was nice and warm but the setting was not cozy at all. ”

“Great hotel with nice pool and slide. Also, had a fitness center, but had to go across the street to the lobby to use it. Best hotel near Yellowstone. Crazy room set ups with multiple types of beds from bunkbeds to sofa beds to queen bed.”

“Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was right in front of the rooms, no laundry available. We used the local laundromat. Coffee was available 24 hours along with many creamers. Cookies and muffins were available also. Only negative was it was a small room but we made it work. Would definitely stay there again.”

“These little cabins were so nice! Everything was super clean and high end! The towels were very plush and the bedding felt like I was at home. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful cottage with room to spread out for our family. Would have been nice to have a fire pit directly in front of our building but there was one a short walk away. The s’mores packages were a great idea as well! Parking was a bit confusing/not plentiful enough and some confusion about where we were allowed to park when the spaces we were directed to park in were full. Other than that very very clean and wonderful stay!”

“We stayed at room 22 and there's a strong unpleasant smell in the room which was disgusting - it feels like someone cooked Indian food in this room for a while and the smell doesn't leave the room. I wanna say it's not the foods problem, I wish the motel house keeping could do a better job by cleaning the smell as well. This is a motel comes with kitchen so if you do not have cooking needs I do not recommend staying here. The whole night I was struggling with the weird smell and didnt rest well....

“The property was well kept and very nice rustic log cabin style. It was better than advertised and the staff was VERY nice and helpful. The hot tub was great, we never saw anyone else using it but we did and it was great! There was plenty of parking near your cabin. The cabin itself was exactly what you hope for, large, rustic, clean, cozy and well kept. Plus, It’s an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in West Yellowstone”
