Upon early arrival, the staff was very gracious and accommodating in providing us with a room on the first floor (a change request based on a knee injury). The room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom with double showers & sinks! Only negative was no elevator to second floor rooms, so it would have been nice to have an option for ground floor. Other than that, A+. If we're lucky enough to come back to Yellowstone as a family, or...
