Bedövning, 2: a hem från stranden, Wrap-Around Porches, vatten och solnedgångar!

  • Detta underbara enfamiljshus ligger bara ett hus tillbaka från Tybees Back River Beach och har fin utsikt över Little Tybee Island och vackra solnedgångar. Mörre steg bort från sandiga tår och vatten. Eller koppla av och njut av havsbrisen från den rymliga slingan runt verandorna. Det lugna bostadsområdet ligger borta från folkmassorna, men ligger bara en kort promenad till den större stranden vid havet, restauranger, affärer och paraden (St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, Beach Bum, Pirate Fest ...!).

    Huset är mycket ljust och öppet med glada färger, massor av fönster och fin utsikt över vattnet. Glasdörrar i nästan alla rum leder till 10 "djupa portar. Wrap runt verandor värd en hängmatta, matbord och sittplatser. Den utomhusdusch har varmt och kallt vatten och ligger bekvämt nära porten till stranden.

    Det är den perfekta platsen för underhållande familj och vänner!

Gymnastics Competition

We had an amazing time! This was a great place to stay for our competition weekend. Short drive to Savannah and less than a block from a nice walk on the beach! We will definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful location and beautiful home

The house was perfect. The easy walk to the beach made it perfect for our littles. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, towels, toys, books, games, etc. The porches made for lots of time sitting outside enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

Great house for a large group

A group of college buddies gathered at Tybee to celebrate an old friend and absolutely loved this property. Everything was just as advertised and the owner was extremely pleasant and communicative. Great house, great location, plenty of room and outstanding porches!

Great Home

Great Family Getaway

Our multi generational family was so comfortable at this house. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and all the small personal touches left by the host (a few Easter goodies for the kids even!). I would definitely recommend.

Reunion at the beach

Our small group of college friends greatly enjoyed a reunion weekend at this property. It was our 2nd time here and we hope to return. Great location near beach and fishing pier, very comfortable, awesome outdoor deck spaces, and terrific sunset views. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Fabulous location

Anna Mia is a fabulous house and was the perfect place for our family of 11. The family room and kitchen are very large and everyone was able to be together here or spread out in one of the many seating areas on the magnificent porches. Susan was an awesome host and answered lots of questions about the area and gave great tips. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick vacation

The house was fabulous. Great location to everything especially the beach. Susan was kind and quick to respond. The house had everything you would need for a few people or a large group. The porch was our favorite spot. One of the nicest rentals I have stayed in and the house was also extremely clean.

Would stay here again!

Our first trip to Tybee Island and we absolutely loved this house! The only recommendation I’d make is to add a small keurig coffee maker for the convenience of coffee. I personally cannot have caffeine but enjoy my decaf while the rest of my family drinks regular so most mornings I did not have coffee while on vacation because it’s not worth making a whole pot! The outside shower was very nice my son used it everyday to shower after the beach and we used it to rinse off!

Beautiful place, setting, and owner helpful

From the outset of booking, the owner was very communicative and friendly. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a lovely welcome bag and the home was perfect for our getaway! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. (not always the case). Cozy and comfortable place with main room airy, open, and well-lit with natural light. Location to the beach/river bend was a bonus. Highly recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Relaxing

We visited Tybee while my daughters was at SCAD summer program. We enjoyed time with my husband's two brothers, wives and teenage children. We all truly relaxed and enjoyed the home, beach and biking. The location is spectacular!! and the home is beautiful and welcoming!! We cooked, had family dinners and enjoyed family games. Lasting memories were made. We are planning our next get a way to Tybee with hopes that the Anna Mia Cottage is available.
