“Great location. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. House has a great air fryer and Keurig. Lots of space inside. One thing to note is that the second master is either accessible from tiny spiral stairs or going through the screen porch that requires locking/ unlocking doors. We had planned for our older family member to stay in the lower bedroom but the spiral stairs were too difficult and door locks more complicated. “A great property for our family vacation. Close to everything. There was a problem with the dryer and the issue was taken care of before we knew there was one. We did not make it to the pool so I have no comments either way. I will say the tiny bottle of dish washing liquid is not enough for 1 meal and definitely not enough for a longer stay but that would my only comment about anything. ”

“The location is great. House is cute with everything you need.I had a small issue with one of the a/c units (leaking water into the floor) and i tried contacting the host through the app and via text to tell him about the issue. I received no response and had to keep a towel and bowl in the floor to catch the water.”

“This is a good place to stay. Close to the beach, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. You are in the lower part of the house so you will hear the people upstairs but didn’t bother me. The only complaint would be the bed. The whole thing needs replacing. Really rough on our backs. Overall, I didn’t pay for a five star resort so I did not expect one. ”

“Fantastic back yard for dogs, enjoyed the art on the fence but the TV blocks the view from inside. Great location, easy walk to ocean, pier, shops, restaurants. The condos next door have very bright lights that shine into one bedroom all night. Curtains would help, blinds aren't enough. Refrigerator sometimes sounds like a jet plane engine starting up. Otherwise as advertised, kitchen didn't even have salt and pepper or a cutting board. ”

“Great property! Perfect for our large group. Check-in was easy, and the host was clear and communicative. The house is beautiful and roomy with lots of seating and space. Beds are comfortable We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. Our only minor complaint is that the towel sets didn’t include a bath mat or extra washcloths and hand towels. Otherwise, we had just what we needed.”

“For our first time at Tybee Island, this location was magnificent. From the third floor balcony, you can see the ocean and is a one block walk to 18th St. beach entry. The check-in process was super easy with the email instructions on how to enter the code to unlock the door and gain access to the property. You are greeted with a spacious kitchen and after searching around…a good coffee machine, a toaster for bagels and toast, Electric gas stove for cooking and a large refrigerator. One...
