BelÀget vid 1202 6th Ave. Fantastisk nybyggnad hem slutförd i mars 2018!

Hemmet har oövertrÀffade uteserveringar som inkluderar en pool, matsal, TV, sittplatser, spel och mer! Vackert utformade / inredda interiör utrymmen och utsikt över Tybee marshland som Àr ett mÄste se.

Hemmet bestÄr av tre nivÄer.

BottenvÄningen har ett uteplats med bordtennisbord, bordsfotbÀnk, dartbord, majshÄlbrÀdor, utomhusjenga, stort 8 personer matbord, gasgrill, 50 tums kabel-TV med sittgrupp, extra kylskÄp för ytterligare mat / drycker, utomhusdusch för att tvÀtta bort efter stranden, och naturligtvis en privat pool som innehÄller en 3,5 meter med 10 fot grunda hylla för smÄ att plaska runt! (Pool kan uppvÀrmas pÄ begÀran. Se nedan för detaljer.)

BottenvÄningen bestÄr av vardagsrum och matsal med ett anpassat matbord med plats för 8, komplett kök med sittplatser för 3 personer, tvÀttstuga med förvaring, halv badrum utanför vardagsrummet och sovrum med king size-sÀng. Njut av det stora badrummet med dubbelt marmorfÀngelse, stor marmordusch, fristÄende soakerkar och stor mantelskÄp.

HuvudnivÄn har ocksÄ en omslag runt veranda som ger vidstrÀckt utsikt över myran, tvillinggung sÀng, hÀngmattor och en 8 personer utomhus matbord.

Den tredje vÄningen bestÄr av tre drottning sovrum och tvÄ fulla bad. BÄda badrummen har en badkar / dusch kombination, och Àr anslutna till tvÄ av de tre drottning rummen ger tvÄ pÄ övervÄningen sv sviter. Dessa tvÄ drottning rum har ocksÄ en stor, bekvÀm stol med myrvyer som innehÄller en utdragbar dubbelsÀng. Alla tre drottning rummen har vÀggmonterade kabel-tv.

Tiden till kusten ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd frÄn bÄde södra och tillbaka flodstrÀnder, centrala Tybee, AJ, Stingrays och tre kvarter frÄn den enda mataffÀren pÄ ön!

The location and home were perfect. Close to Beach and quiet beach town. Tybee and home are hidden gems! Owner was very responsive. Home offers everything a family could ask for. The porch was our family favorite. The swing Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were very disappointed that the pool area looks NOTHING like the pics online. The trees and bushes are fully grown and encroach on the already minimal pool deck area. In addition, a large grill takes up half of one of the usable sides. It’s difficult to have more than a handful of people playing in the pool or hanging out. The mosquitos are horrible by the pool probably because of the overgrown plants and debris in the growing areas. Lastly, one of the trees was constantly dropping its pollen pods in the water. We had to skim it every time we even used the pool
.which wasn’t often. Wear and tear on the house is evident and maintenance/safety issues need to be addressed. Most of the exterior doors do not close properly and pop open on their own unless dead bolted. There were smaller issues as well. We did not reach out to Leslie about the problems. We were trying not to dwell on the negatives and make the most of our vacation, relax and spend time with family. The view of the marsh was pretty but not being able to use the pool area like we normally would have certainly makes the property not worth the cost. Had we seen the current state of the pool area prior to booking we would not have chosen this property. The other small things were: no extra blankets, no kitchen towels, no mixing bowls, not enough utensils or bowls, missing or broken lamps, broken/non-functioning sink handles. All could have been addressed in real time but we made do with what was available.

Amazing home!

My family of 6 stayed this past week. 4 adults and two 16 yr old boys. The house was totally amazing and was the best place to stay! Peaceful and relaxing yet so close to the main strip and a short walk to the south beach. The boys rode the bikes every day to downtown(perfectly safe) and went fishing every day. One caught a 3 foot shark! The pool was perfect! We had Leslie heat it and it was such a nice place to chillax. I highly recommend this home. You can’t go wrong!

Best House on Tybee

This has got to be the best vacation rental on Tybee. Beautiful sweeping view of the bay / marsh from all the room. Wide screened in porch for lounging. Every room was well done. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - grandparents, adults, and teen grandkids. Our teens were able to grab the many bikes provided and bike around town or to the beach on their own. Very walkable area too. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Great property and location!

We traveled with our adult children and their friends, 8 of us in total. I chose this property so we could be close to fun places to go and also have things to do at the house. It was great! I do think the house itself could use a bit of updating/organizing. There were lots of random things in drawers/cabinets. I never did find an iron, but decided I shouldn't be ironing on vacation anyway, lol. Our kids felt the ping pong table was too old to really use the way they wanted, but is probably ok for little kids. The pool is small and the picture on VRBO is outdated; there are large shrubs which almost completely shade the pool area. We reached out for a couple of things and the response was exp

Perfect Birthday Getaway for a Family Celebration!

I took my mom to Savannah and Tybee Island for her 60th birthday and surprised her with her sister and sisters-in-law. It was her first time experiencing both a flight and the ocean, and she loved every minute of it! This house was everything we dreamed of and more. The location was perfect, and one of the biggest highlights was how comfortably it accommodated all eight of us. It was also the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in as a group. We can’t say enough good things about this house and will definitely be back for another visit!

Amazing Stay on Tybee

We had a great stay here-it was decorated beautifully and was very peaceful. We loved the screened in porch and the hammocks and spent a lot of time reading out there and enjoying the view. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a perfect location. Leslie was very responsive and quickly handled any issues we had. Thanks for a great stay

Wonderful Experience

We had the best time at this location! Super close to the beach, tons of games, lots of seats for a large family or group of friends. We had everything we needed and then some. I have this down on my list so we can stay here again! 10/10 recommend!
