Kliv in i stugan vid havet på # 12 12: e gatan, och kliv in i den perfekta familjestrandsemester. Denna stuga är ett familjhem som har hört generationer av skratt. Lägg till familjens minnen till de som hålls inom dess väggar. En grupp på 12 hittar många olika platser för lek, konversation eller läsning och tyst reflektion. På övervåningen i denna stuga finns två sovrum (ett med en king size-säng, ett med två queen size-sängar) med eget badrum. Nedervåningen är en perfekt plats för barn eller en andra familjegrupp. Den lägre nivån har en häll med TV, ett pentry med kylskåp i full storlek, två badrum (ett badrum) och tre sovrum, vardera med två enkelsängar. Det finns en bekväm tvättmaskin och torktumlare på varje nivå. Verandan, som sträcker sig över hela framsidan av stugan, är favoritplatsen på nr 12 12: e gatan. Det finns också ett bekvämt möblerat däck för allvarliga solstolar och en tyst skuggad Lanai på marknivå. Trägolv och vacker lugnande inredning gör detta till en plats där du bara kan känna att stressen faller bort. Allt tillhandahålls! Ett välfylldt kök, massor av strandhanddukar, strandstolar, parasoller, strandleksaker, en babyport, små sängskenor och en strandvagn gör paketet för en semester i denna stuga till en bris. Det finns till och med ett bra sortiment av läsmaterial om det är ditt nöje. En grill tillhandahålls för "pit master" i din grupp. Börja göra dina egna minnen i denna vackra och charmiga stuga vid stranden!

The location was perfect! Right next to the boardwalk to the beach, a beautiful view, walking distance to shops and food. I highly recommend The Window for breakfast. The house was so spacious. 10 grown women and we never felt crowded. Everyone had their own bed.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Tybee home during spring break! The house was spacious and comfortably fit our family of eight. We especially loved the large, open back porch—it was the perfect spot for relaxing and spending time together. Each room was roomy and well-appointed, giving everyone space to unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals throughout the week, and the overall layout made it easy to lounge and enjoy our time. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beach Front Cousins’ Week

Wonderful location for 9 girl cousins to spend a week. So convenient to walk to the beach. We shared beautiful photos of sunrises and sunsets. 4 bathrooms were great for 9 women. We loved being out on the deck and there was plenty of room inside the upstairs living room to eat, play games, make tee shirt designs, and talk. The kitchen was a little tight when more than 2 were there but we cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners together. The twin beds downstairs were comfortable. The king size bed could use a new mattress. The decor was lovely and we took pictures of some cute ideas for decorating. Overall, everyone had a fantastic week together in this house.

Great getaway!

The propery was perfect for our family beach trip. The location to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary tools for cooking/ eating-in/grilling. The property manager and guest services were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Ladies Weekend Retreat

Loved! Loved! Loved! Our stay could not have been better! Our group enjoyed the large dining table comfortable for 10 of us to eat and play games. The indoor porch had ample seating for all and we took advantage of the deck with beautiful ocean views all weekend! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms too! A great find and plan to return here on our next trip to Tybee! Thanks for hosting us!

Girls' Beach Trip

The house was wonderful! We had 8 ladies that ranged in age from 52 - 79. During our stay, Hurricane Ian was threatening a second landfall near us. Kelly with the management company could not have been nicer or more helpful. She even brought bottled water to us in case we needed it - which, thankfully, we didn't. Even though the weather wasn't cooperative, the house was roomy enough for us to enjoy quiet times away from the group as well as fun meals and games around the dining table. And, the screened and glass enclosed balcony was the perfect place to watch the weather roll in. If we ever decide to make another 11-hour drive to Tybee Island, we would very much like to rent this house again.

Great Escape

What an awesome property. It was steps from the beach and a short walk to the only grocery store on the island. As a bonus, the cottage came with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and even a wagon to bring ecotourism/from the beach. The whole family loved our stay and we will be back next summer.
