Du kommer att vara säker på att njuta av en minnesvärd semester i detta vackert dekorerade 3 sovrum / 3 badrumsstuga med gratis höghastighets Wi-Fi på Tybee's North Beach. Stadsbostaden ligger bredvid sanddynerna på stranden - det finns en strandgång genom sanddynerna på fastigheten som ger direkt tillgång till stranden. Du har också en strandvagn som du kan ta med de medföljande strandstolarna till stranden.

Var och en av de 3 sovrummen har en lyxig drottningssäng för att ge optimal sömntid varje natt. Varje sovrum har också kabel-TV och ett bifogat badrum. Befälhavaren (på översta våningen) har också en bäddsoffa, en klädkammare, ett omklädningsrum med dubbelt handfat och en duschkabin och toalett. De 2 främre sovrummen (ett på översta våningen, ett på bottenvåningen) ser ut över havet, det gamla fortet och den historiska Tybee-fyren.

Vardagsrummet är en öppen planlösning med bekväma sittplatser för alla och är möblerad med en platt-TV. En genomgång till köket ger enkel tillgång till snacks. Köket är utrustat med gott om disk, köksredskap, brödrost, lerkruka, kaffekanna, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, spis / ugn, mixer och mycket mer. Intill köket finns matplatsen med ett matbord som är tillräckligt stort för att rymma alla. Det finns också ett spelbord för olika brädspel samt för extra sittplatser.

Stadshuset har en stor veranda och ett stort övre våningsdäck - utmärkt för visning av havet, fartyg, stjärnor, soluppgång och Tybeelighthouse. 3 parkeringsplatser finns tillgängliga.

Stadshuset ligger precis vid stranden, bara några steg från North Beach Grill Bar and Restaurant, den historiska Tybee-fyren och Fort Screven-museet. Du behöver inte en bil på ön; du kan gå, hyra cyklar eller golfbilar i närheten.

Great family beach stay!

From our initial contact...Dan was amazing. He went above and beyond when my son and his girlfriend were locked out as the rest of us were stuck when the road to the island closed for 3 hours. He went over and let them in. The location was perfect and comfortable! Looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect Getaway

Great Tybee North location

We stayed for three nights. We loved the location near the beach and the easy walk or bike ride to restaurants, pickleball, and the bike trail. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Great layout with 4 queen/full beds and 3 full bathrooms, parking, and a friendly, local, and accommodating host! Dan is the best.

Favorite Townhouse on North Beach

This was our third year staying at one of Dan’s townhouses on Gulick street, and we’ve loved every time. The kids (and adults) enjoy the quick walk to the beach, park and the Marine Science Center. Dan’s the most accommodating host and will go out of his way to assist you with any questions or needs throughout your stay.

Perfect location

This was the third time we have stayed in this town house. It has become an annual event to meet up with friends. We all absolutely love the cleanliness, the location, and easy access to the beach. Love the updates to the porch and handrailing. It looked really good. Until next year Tybee <3

Memorial Day Weekend on Tybee Island

Dan & Jill's Tybee Island townhouse was perfect for our whirlwind Memorial Day weekend trip! You could not ask for a more perfect location or a more perfect townhouse! We traveled with the same dear friends we travel with every Memorial Day weekend. The townhome was centrally located within one block of North Shore Beach, Fort Screven, & Tybee's beautiful lighthouse. From the moment you opened the door to the townhouse you knew you were definitely at the beach! It was beautifully decorated in a beach theme. We loved the decorator. And, marveled at the sight of various pictures & pieces of artwork daily. There was so much to see! We all enjoyed our privacy with the three bedroom, 3 bathroom style. And, looked forward to gathering in the very comfortable & cozy living room every morning & every evening. This was where we were able to gather for breakfast to discuss the days' plans, then relax & unwind in the evening to catch up with each other, watch the National Geographic movie about the Mighty Eighth Airforce stationed on Tybee in preparation for seeing The Mighty Eighth Airforce's museum on our way home, just outside of Savannah. We were pleasantly surprised to find out Dan is a WWII buff just like all of us! Dan had a wealth of knowledge of that period on Tybee. Gracious hosts with all the Southern charm you would expect & more while visiting down south. Their customer care was stellar. Anything we had an issue with was handled immediately. We hope to stay there again!

Enjoyable Stay

We had a great time at this location and really enjoyed our stay despite some minor issues. Danny was a great host! -----Pros----- Location!: Super close to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Host: Danny was really friendly and a great host. Communication was quick and easy. Decor: House was beautiful -----Cons----- Plumbing: The house's plumbing is very old as stated on notes in the house. Even while being very careful about flushing too much TP, we managed to clog the toilets 3-4 times during our 3 night stay. Luckily, owner keeps a plunger on-site and we don't mind fixing it. Mattress: At least one of the mattresses seemed to be an old spring mattress and was super uncomfortable. Furniture: Some furniture was broken/worn and resulted in me falling out of it when I didn't realize a chair was not connected to its base. Towels: Towels smelled odd, not too big a deal because we primarily used our own.

The beauty of this place is it's location. Walking distance to the beach/ocean, and Fort Screven, lighthouse, N Beach bar, and more. Beautiful sunrises at 7:25 (not too early). Food at N Beach bar is excellent! Host Dan was very nice and took care of a plugged toilet in upstairs bedroom. Very comfortable for 3 couples. The condo is older. O/S iron stair railing is rusting away, some plaster peeling off walls, Squeaky dipping floor in upstairs master. Upstairs balcony floor little soft on one side. Misc. cosmetic issues. (Dan is planning on making updates). Overall, the condo is in a great location and is very enjoyable.

Our Thanksgiving away from it all
