The 17th Street Inn was a perfect stay for my son and I !! Matched the description perfectly!! Very clean and accommodated with everything you would need!! Walking distance to everything!! The parking pass was a plus also if you did want to venture about the island!!!! Jenny our host was amazing very prompt to respond with any questions I had to make reservation!! Will definitely be back!!

Tybee Getaway 2025

Quaint Inn with eye catching curb appeal and a host who was very responsive. Desirable location made parking and walking easy to area beach, restaurants, and shopping. When we ventured out, the parking pass provided was much appreciated! Our room balcony was a favorite spot for some R&R and the outdoor patio area with the smell of Jasmine blooming was amazing! Thanks Jenny for sharing your Inn!

Loved my stay!!

Loved our one night stay in this beautiful pink building and wonderful space. The location is perfect and the beautiful outdoor space has a beautiful ambiance and was great for relaxing in the evening!! Jenny was a joy to work with and everything looked just as the listing was posted! I hope to stay here again!!

Location, location, location!

The 17th St Inn was a lovely place to stay on Tybee Island. We loved being just a half block from the beach and sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine and hearing the waves crashing. And the parking permit was awesome! Unfortunately the bad weather prevented us from taking advantage of the common area downstairs, but it looked super cute.

Great beach location

Great location and easy walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Inn was very accomodating and the courtyard was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Will definitely stay again when in Tybee Island.

Girls trip

My mom and I chose this property for our girls getaway weekend. This inn is an older historical building, but VERY beautiful! There are a few different units with their own door, so it was a little confusing at first to know which door was the shared hallway door and which room was ours. But the check in process was easy once we figured out the door situation. Our room looked just like the pictures, and we were located only a 2 minute walk from downtown Tybee and from the beach. Though we went during the “off season” and it was a bit colder, it was still a great getaway and plenty of parks and exploring to do! We had our own balcony, and loved the shared outdoor space. The parking pass was a great addition to the rental, and we were able to park in front of the inn the whole weekend. The hosts were great and very communicative, would definitely recommend this inn!

At a different property due to construction but still very nice

I think this review will be posted on the wrong property since the original reservation had to be moved due to construction that took longer than expected. We ended up in a cool little two story apartment a few blocks away with easy access to both the ocean and river side beaches. Very clean and convenient to the shops and restaraunts on the south end of Tybee. We'd happily go back.

Ideal location

This rental was perfect for our week long trip to Savannah and Tybee! The island is a 20-30 min drive from downtown Savannah, meaning we got the best of both worlds by being able to go to the beach and city in one day. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed, including beach gear which was fantastic. We loved sitting on the deck every night and loved the ocean view. If we are ever back in Tybee I would not hesitate to stay at the Inn again!

Perfect Island Getaway

We could not be happier with our stay at this studio apartment!! Everything was as described and even better. The room was well appointed and clean. Kitchen was just right for the two of us and the covered front porch was so relaxing. The beach can be seen at the end of the street and was half a block a way. Right around the corner and a half block over was a strip of shops and eateries - we counted 11 places to eat all within a three minute walk which is perfect if you want to spend the day at this beautiful beach and have convenient places to eat or relax. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with too. Honestly we could not have asked for a better location, place or experience. You cannot help but fall in love with 17th Streer Inn and it’s lovely beach.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Cute little apartment for a Labor Day weekend girls trip. Parking was our only issue. The street in front of the inn was full at times as well as the lot at the end of the street. The host checked in with us via message throughout the trip. The location allowed us to experience the best of Tybee Island as well as Savannah. You wouldn't have to move your car if you didn't want to. Food, ice cream, and shopping are just steps way! We'll be back!

First time at Tybee Island.

Perfect location! Very clean and cute! The short walk to the beach was very manageable. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We had an amazing time! Only needed improvement is a more comfortable bed. The sheet was placed over a plastic mattress cover without a mattress pad. I was confident it was clean but the plastic liner was noisy and made us sweat. Again really great service and location we would stay again!
