“We loved our stay! The room was 10/10 clean on arrival. The room is exactly as advertised and doesn't pretend to be anything it's not. It's in a lovely historic building on the 2nd floor.... expect some character! It feels bigger inside than it's square footage because of the tall ceiling. There were adequate utensils if we'd needed them. Good to know: the bedside table is 2 tables stacked and can be separated to have a little table for each side of the bed. Also, you can't see it in the listing...

“Our stay was absolute Heaven. The Cottage was perfect. We loved the short walk to the beach. Everything we could think of was provided. Ted was so easy to communicate with. We've been visiting The banana Cottage for years and never have a complaint. We can't wait to visit again!!”

“Stayed here with my son for a week getaway. The location is right on the beach, which was what we were looking for. North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. The laundry room down the hall was also nice and the machines worked well. We would stay again in the future. ”

“Key Lime was amazing for my husband and I. The space is very welcoming and has everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. We will be returning! Thank goodness for such a nice and peaceful place to stay close to East Gate beach access! ”

“1.Floors were filthy 2. the stove didnt have a handle on it (so you have to open it from the side - even when cooking) 3. The doors to the balcony didnt have privacy shutters (as it they had been tipped off). 4. The chair/covers were dingy and had holes in them 5.
