Tre systrar är en 4 sovrum, 3 badrum singel familjehus med privat pool belägen mitt ö på Tybee, bara en kort 3 kvarter promenad från stranden, affärer och restauranger. Gästerna kommer att njuta av att vara i så nära närheten av strandsträckan i södra änden men ändå inredda i en mer bostadsinredning. Hemmet ligger på ett hörnparti och är också ett perfekt ställe för att ta en promenad västerut om Back River distriktet Tybee.

Hemmet har vackra hjärta tall golv och ett stort öppet kök med ö och frukost bar. Matbordet sitter 6, och frukostbaren har bar sittplatser för 6. Vardagsrummet är öppet för kök och matplats och har gott om sittplatser, en platt-TV, en elektrisk spis för att lägga till en varm glöd på vintern och en bäddsoffa. Den veranda på huvudnivån är det perfekta stället för avkoppling och njuter av önskräftan efter att ha tagit ett dopp i poolen eller njuter av middag på utomhusbordet. Det finns bord sittplatser för upp till 10 på veranda.

Det första sovrummet ligger på huvudnivån och är möblerad med en queen size-säng och har ett bifogat badrum med badkar och dusch kombination. Detta badrum är också tillgängligt från korridoren. De andra tre sovrummen, inklusive befälhavaren, ligger på andra våningen. På övervåningen har det andra sovrummet en king size-säng, platt-TV, privat veranda och ett bifogat bad med dubbla fåfängligheter, trädgårds badkar och en stor duschkabin. Den andra gäst sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng och en platt-TV, och det tredje gäst sovrummet är inrett med två dubbelsängar och en platt-TV. En extra full gäst badrum med badkar och dusch är tillgänglig från hallen ligger också på denna våning.

Hemmet erbjuder ytterligare bekvämligheter, inklusive centralvärme och luft, WIFI, utomhusdusch (endast kallt), gasgrill och fullstor tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Det finns parkering utanför gatan för 4 bilar. Husdjur är välkomna i detta hem under månaderna augusti till maj endast (inte under högsäsong) och en extra avgift gäller.

Uppvärmd poolalternativ: Gäst kan välja alternativet att lägga till poolvärme till deras reservation för ytterligare 25 dollar. 00 per dag för längden av bokningen. Ej tillgänglig i januari och februari.

Great house!

Beautiful home close to beach

It was easy to book through VRBO. Property was as described. If you have 8-10 in your party, this is the home for you. It’s a spacious home with a spacious back porch and beautiful pool area. It’s decorated beautifully. The kitchen has everything you need and everything worked. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The beach is 3 blocks away and on the other side is a wonderful walk to the Tybee Inlet. Just beautiful!

Family Vacation

Property was perfect for our extended family vacation. Grandkids had a great time with the pool & putting green being added bonuses. The check in was easy and property manager stayed in constant contact in case we had any special needs. Will absolutely stay again when travel plans bring us to the area.

Beautiful house with a few shortcomings

The house was just as we expected from pictures. Beautiful, spacious, and well decorated. When we arrived, I first noticed smudges all over the kitchen table reflecting in the light. This as well as some not well swept areas did not leave me 100% about the clean prior to check in. When all 10 of our guests arrived we started to make dinner. At this point we noticed the oven was not working. After leaving a message for property management we had to change our dinner plans as we could not use the oven. The next day we all left for the beach and property management came. Apparently the oven could not be fixed and they dropped off a counter top convection oven. So we got to kiss our frozen pizzas in the freezer goodbye as well because it was too small for the pizza. properly also did not even have any pans to fit in the oven. on night two decided to grill… The kids were out in the pool when my husband started to notice multiple large wasps nest attached to the back of the house. My six-year-old was stung, kids were frightened. No one could just hang outside and cook. Another night not going as planned. I called the emergency line at this point and they said they would send someone out in the morning. By 10 o’clock the next day we had not heard from anyone. When I called to check when someone would be out they told me they had a lot of people calling as they had just opened and would get someone out as soon as possible. A few hours later someone arrived. Sprayed the nests and left. Unfortunately there are wasps nest all over the second story balcony so they just retreated to those locations and we were certainly not wasp free all weekend. Overall the actual property was just what we were looking for, however the price of the house $$$$ did not match the issues we had that impacted our stay.

Amazing family vacation

I rented this property for me, my husband, our adult chilren and grandchildren. The home is exactly like the pictures and very clean. The screened porch and pool were the family favs. Access to beach was easy. There is parking at the 13th street access so the little people didn't have to walk. We had ease of dining at restaurants as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and would definitely return to this home.

Worthy Every Penny

This property was amazing. It had everything that we would typically have at home. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The property was well maintained and very close to the beach. The decor was nice and the jacuzzi in the master bath was a definite plus with the family.

House was very clean and spacious. Very close to the beach. Close to restaurant area but we cooked ourself most of the meal. Well equipped kitchen. Only thing is there were no shampoo.

Perfect place to stay on Tybee

We would rent this place every time! Perfect house for a family to stay. Open concept perfect to hang out inside and plenty of outdoor space to spend all day outside. Very close walk to the beach, close to grocery and restaurants, coffee shop. Clean, fully stocked kitchen. Great water pressure. Bed weren’t the comfiest but I’m also pregnant so that may have been why. Beautifully decorated. Can’t say enough about this place :)

We had an amazing time at Three Sisters. The house was immaculately clean. Everything was so nicely decorated. We loved the pool. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, etc. House was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.

Perfect girlfriend get away

We had a small girlfriend get together at the house and it was perfect. We could walk to most of the establishments we wanted to check out. And the beach was only three blocks away The island was very charming and Savannah was very close. Would love to go back for another girlfriend weekend.

We rented this house for our first ever vacation in Tybee with my son and his family.

The house was amazing as shown in the photos. Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Some item especially outside pool furniture and chairs were a bit of a down grade for the 5 star price we paid. The property management should replace the rusted out chairs Also we were disappointed that the pool was never vacuumed as we requested. Lots of debris on the bottom. Other maintenance items were sent over to be looked at. These are just a few of the things that would have brought my rating from a 9 to a 10.

Sweet beachy cottage on Tybee...

We loved staying here for our family vacay. Sweet little beach house. Walking distance to the beach. Perfect for our group of 11. Kid friendly. Relaxing. Cute comfortable rooms. Dipping pool was the best after hot day at the beach. Kids enjoyed the mini golf on the side yard. Coffee on the master bedroom porch swing. Simply lovely! We grilled each night & had wine on the patio. Everything we needed. Thank you three sisters & Tybee vacation rentals!

Lovely, very comfortable home.

We just finished our week-long stay at the three sisters house and had a wonderful time with our five adult children, and two small grandkids. Everyone loved the house, Tybee Island, and Savannah. The house itself is very nicely decorated, and the main floor is wide open, with a big kitchen, living room and dining area. Perfect for our sizable group. We also enjoyed eating in the big screened porch off the back by the pool. The master suite was large and lovely, very comfortable, and had its own screened porch with a swing which was great in the evening. The pool is a little small, you won't be able to swim laps, but it has a nice built-in sitting shelf across one side which was great for relaxing with a drink and playing with the kids. The house location is perfect. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the downtown restaurants and bars too. Our adult kids had a great time enjoying the nightlife. We cooked a few meals in house, and enjoyed having the IGA grocery store just a short walk away. It's a little small, but I thought the prices were better than at the big Publix closer to Savannah. The drive in to downtown Savannah is easy, about 25-30 minutes. What a wonderful city. We all agreed that this was one of our favorite family vacations and hope to come back next year! I would also like to give kudos to the management company, Tybee Vacation Rentals. The main floor AC unit broke our first day, and they had one of their people out to check it within about 15 minutes from our call. They quickly determined that the outside AC was indeed broken and had an AC repairmen out in less than an hour to replace the broken part. The unit was repaired and working perfectly just 2 hours from our initial call. Great service! We didn't have anything negative to say about the house, Tybee or Savannah. One word of caution though: speed limits and parking on Tybee are strictly enforced! I was surprised by the number of speed traps. Parking away from the house is limited too, and parking tickets seemed a little pricey to me: $50 a pop. When in doubt, pay at the parking machines.
