Gästerna kommer att njuta av den stora 14 "X 25" bakgårdspoolen (djup varierar från 4 till 5 fot) - perfekt för avkoppling och njutning av Tybee-solskenet. Denna renoverade 5 sovrum stuga stuga är perfekt för din familjesemester med gott om utrymme för alla inklusive två vardagsrum och bra utomhusutrymmen! Beläget i ett lugnt bostadsområde som är perfekt för promenader och cykelturer! Njut av ett bekvämt läge utan all sommartid. Bara 2 kvarter från Back River Beach, 5 kvarter till huvudstranden och 3 kvarter från Back River Fishing Pier. Nära till restauranger, fiske brygga, shopping.

    Stugan ligger på andra våningen, med vackert färdiga trägolv. Det öppna vardagsrummet innehåller ett fullt utrustat gourmetkök som är öppet för matsal och vardagsrum. Matbordet rymmer 6 personer, med extra frukostbar plats för 2. Den bekväma vardagsrummet har en 40 tums plattskärms-TV. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, en platt-TV och ett eget badrum med duschkabin. De två gästrummen på denna nivå inkluderar ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och ett sovrum med en twin dagbädd med en rulla. Dessa två sovrum delar ett badrum. Just Beachy and as almost perfect. Plenty of room for my family and friends. The pool was great and clean. The house is decorated well and comfortable. The little feedback I have would be that the screened in porch needs new screens, the kitchen could use some new skillets/pans, and maybe leave a vacuum for guests to sweep up mid week. We had some A/C issues in the second floor but it was a record breaking heat so probably not the house’s issue. I’d stay there again when in Tybee.

We liked that the house had 4 bathrooms, nice decor, a nice pool, and an easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and it was a very good rental. We would stay there again.A few things future renters should know: the propane tank needed to be filled during our stay, and the house does not provide pool towels. Be sure to bring your own beach and pool towels, equipment, and toys. Also, plan to bring all spices, seasonings, and cooking oils, as none are provided in the kitchen. An extra charge to turn on the pool heater. Overall, we had a great experience and would just plan a little better for those extras next time.

Loved the property. Plenty of room for the ten of us. The owner responded immediately to a little issue we had . I would definitely recommend this house and would love to go back some day.

Clean, safe and relaxing getaway

My wife, two daughters and I stayed at the property the first week of September. Contrary to prior reviews, we found the house and pool to be very clean. The house has a great layout and is decorated very nicely. We spent most of our days poolside but the beach is only a few blocks away. I would highly recommend this property to families that are looking for a change of scenery and a relaxing time.

Our experience at this vacation home was extremely disappointing. * At 4:00 PM check-in, cleaners were still present at 4:30. Floors were wet, furniture stained, ice maker broken (causing water runoff in the fridge), a bedroom hook broke, and there was broken glass in the kitchen.* Extension cords were daisy-chained, some near sleeping areas, creating a serious tripping and fire hazard.* AC restrictions kept the first floor comfortable, but the second floor reached 77F. Despite repeated calls and a repairman saying it needed freon, no one fixed it.* The garbage disposal broke, causing water to pool on the kitchen floor. It was replaced, but the dishwasher was left unattached and fell open each time it was used.* The dryer filter was clogged and needed deep cleaning to work.* No cleaning supplies were provided; we had to buy them ourselves.* The king bedroom’s bath exhaust fan was extremely loud and shared a switch with the light and outlet.* The screened porch screens were torn, letting in mosquitoes. We all suffered bites, especially the infant. Mosquitoes and flies made the pool unusable. Trash barrels and standing irrigation water worsened the problem.* The pool was dirty on arrival, with no skimmer to clean it. The pool cleaner came unannounced on day four, left the gate open, and our pet escaped.* The advertised 5G WiFi was unavailable only 2.4G worked causing TV issues

The Perfect Vacation Home

We absolutely loved Just Beachy! The check in/out process couldn't have been any easier. The home exceeded every expectation! It was Gorgeous and immaculate. We have a large family of 9 and we loved that our younger kids were able to go to bed early upstairs while our teens had the entire downstairs to play games, Watch tv, etc. We couldn't get over how quiet it was between levels. That's a Godsend for any parent with kiddos lol. The only complaint was that we had to go home at the end of our vacation. We will definitely book again as a future vacation!

Enjoyable Vacation Spot

Overall we had a great time at this property and enjoyed our stay. The biggest issue we had was that the floors were filthy and seemed like they hadn't been swept or mopped in ages when we checked in. The patio furniture could use some updates too as all the lawn chairs were broken upon arrival. It just didn't strike us as the best maintained property. To be fair the company did call to ask if everything was okay after check-in, but it would have been even more of an inconvenience to have a cleaning crew come back out after we were already settled in. Otherwise though, the space was good for our group of adults and the pool especially was a great enjoyment during our stay. You can't beat the location either within walking distance to beach and the main street.

Location

The property was in a Great Location you can walk to the beach, IGA, restaurants and shops , We unfortunately had issues with the pool upon arrival and we contacted the property manager and it was not fixed until the last day of our vacation. Only reason we chose this house was to have a private pool and ended up not being able to use it until the last day. Outside of the issues with the pool the property was great. Just disappointed no one for the property management contacted us .

Smoke and Mirrors

Pictures look amazing- however, upon check-in we were massively underwhelmed. Floors were dirty, mold in the downstairs closet, two burners on the stove did not work and the pool was cloudy. The rental company attempted to be responsive and was very apologetic, however, the house needs some serious attention.

Very disappointed about the cleanliness of this property. We have booked with TVR for the past five years and have never had a problem. The floors were filthy in the kitchen/living room and there was black dog hair in some lower shelves in the kitchen. Housekeeping staff came and cleaned shortly after we called and complained. We had received emails telling us that because of COVID, extra precautions were being taken by the housekeeping staff. We can only hope and pray the people that were here before us were healthy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at "Just Beachy". The check in and out process was so easy. Great location! My grandkids especially loved the pool. We're already talking about a trip again next year!!😃

Great house and pool! We had a wonderful family vacation and look forward to the next chance we get to return to Just Beachy. Comfortable spaces and lay-out of rooms. Nice street and easy walk to beach. Pool was clean and big enough for family.

Fun time for family of 11

My parents, sister's family, and my family enjoyed our stay here. The pool was so great for our 5-year-old and 3-year-old. Easy walk or drive to the beach. We had never been to Tybee Island and it was a hit.

This house is so cute!!

This house is adorable. It's decorated really cute and very clean. Although none of the rooms are super big, we had 12 people in this house and never felt crowded. We loved the close restaurants and shopping. The kids had a blast swimming in the heated pool and walking to the beach (only a 5 minute walk)! We were there in early march and enjoyed being off the beach because it was a little warmer for swimming. Would definitely return to this house if we ever visit Tybee island again.
