Sandys North Shore ligger på norra änden av Tybee Island nära fyren, och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt från däck och skärmad veranda och från sovrummet. Gästerna kommer att älska över 1000 kvadratmeter utomhus utrymme! Njut av utsikt över vattnet och utsikt över fyren, vilket är särskilt charmigt när det tänds på natten!

På första våningen i hemmet ingår vardagsrum, matsal, kök, badrum, drottning sovrum med egen balkong, tvättstuga, 2 däck och en möblerad veranda. Det finns matplats för 6, 4 vid bordet och 2 stolar på frukostbaren. Den andra våningen har 2 drottning sovrum och ett badrum i hall, stor möblerad balkong utanför sovrummet med en utmärkt utsikt över vattnet. Detta är ett mycket sött och bekvämt hem - trevligt inifrån och ut. Massor av palmer, möblerad uteplats, och till och med en hängmatta på gården! Det finns också en gasgrill för cookouts!

Beläget i ett lugnt område i North Beach nära Historic Tybee Lighthouse, Tybee Museum, restaurang som serveras på The North Beach Grill och Tybee Dog Parks. Tillträde till stranden ligger cirka 300 meter / 2 kvarter från hemmet. Ytterligare tillgång till stranden vid norra stranden parkeringsplats ca 5 minuters promenad från hemmet. WIFI internet tillgängligt. Två (2) Tvåbäddssängar finns i hemmet för flexibla sängkläder.

Husdjurvänlig för 1 liten hund under 20 kg mot en extra avgift. Gården är helt inhägnad. Parkering för upp till 5 bilar (3 i garaget, 2 i enhet).

Behöver du mer utrymme för din kommande semester? Tänk sedan också att hyra Beach Bound, ett 3 sovrum grann hem som sover upp till 8. När det kombineras med Beach Bound, skulle det vara totalt 6 sovrum med plats för upp till 17 gäster.

Checkin fine. Kitchen facilities adequate. Extremely dirty. Hair all over counter, dirt, hair, food over floor, table/ stools. Same for bathrooms. Nice decor but cleanliness very disappointing. Had to clean our selves just to make sanitary.

Keeping as a fav!

This property was adorable. It felt very beachy and the quiet historical neighborhood it is in is priceless. There was plenty of room and beds for my family of 6 and our two small dogs. I'm grateful to people who allow dogs! The fencing is great but not secure enough to let the dogs go out ahead of you so plan to go out with them. A few other minor maintenance issues were evident but overall it was great and we would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Sweet Property

The house was precious and laid out well. And it is close to the beach. I love the location of the laundry room. ☺️ I wish it had updated televisions with apps so we could have watched our favorite shows. But the cable/satellite had a lot of variety to choose from. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Bright and happy place in a great location!

This rental house is full of sunlight, great decorative touches that make you smile and remind you that you are at the beach. Our family likes to cook and the kitchen was roomy and very well stocked with everything we needed. This is the BEST vrbo home we have ever rented! And we have been happy with all the others.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was charming and quite. A short walk to the beach.

The views were breathtaking. A short walk to the light house and north beach bar and grill. We enjoyed our time there. Will definitely be back.

great time, property could use a bit of TLC

The property was very clean, quiet neighborhood and close enough to shops and stores. A little TLC will go a long way, shower head needs to be replaced and some touch up paint here and there. Beds could be updated as well one box spring was very noisy and one mattress needs to be replaced.

Property Management Left some things to be desired

First of all let me start with the great things about this property. The location is fantastic and the house was prefect for family and for our dogs. The kitchen was great, and well equipped. It's a good house if you have family and you want to be within walking distance of the beach and light house. Now the negatives. We were given the wrong address for check-in and showed up to a private condo with a very unfriendly resident who didn't appreciate me pulling into his driveway. You could imagine my panic when I drove 4 hours with 2 car loads of family and dogs and in that moment thought I had been duped! I called the property management and was promptly helped and given the correct address-great that they were on call, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. The house was in good shape, but the grass on the property was in need of cutting. The bed in the top bedroom with the lovely patio needs to be replaced, badly. The frame would squeak every time you moved or rolled over. I left behind some cake pans and a hand mixer, unfortunately. Once I got home and realized this I followed their procedure to put in a ticket for an item that was left behind. We left the property July 31, and I have heard nothing since. A simple, "we cannot return your item" would be a little better than crickets. So the house was great and location was great, but the property management was so-so. Certainly not the worst, but could use some improvement with the details.

Awesome home for a family!

We spent a long weekend here. The property management team was stellar. We had an issue with the A/C not cooling off as well as we would have liked the first night and the team was incredibly responsive and sent a tech over that night to ensure all was well. We stayed with our kids (everyone was two to a room) and had a very comfortable stay. We were within walking distance of a main beach entrance at North Beach and the rental was dog-friendly! Overall, they were GREAT.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated and especially loved the view from the top balcony. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also enjoyed the screened in porch. Would liked to have had a larger tv in living room and bedrooms

Quick family trip

I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids for a weekend trip before school starts. The beach was nearby which was nice but the instructions for beach access were confusing/inaccurate. The house was perfect for what we needed. The area was quiet which was also nice. The shower head fell in my son’s head while he was showering, which apparently scared him and gave him a little bump. I’d say the place could use a little updating on some items but overall what we expected and maybe a little nicer. We enjoyed staying on the north end near the lighthouse. Sufficient parking. We only had one vehicle but had enough space for 4-5.

Very well equipped home. Kept very clean. Had everything we needed and more. Really nicely done.

Overall great experience. The downstairs AC didn’t work when we arrived but the rental maintenance company had a portable delivered and set up right away. There may have been some issues with the renters before us because they had the heat on and the. The downstairs compressor blew but the portable AC worked good. We had to avoid the upstairs shower because the shower rod was pulling from the wall and we didn’t want to risk it falling on the children. Just two minor things over a week where everything else was great.

Convenient location and spacious home

We stayed in this property over New Year's and were very pleased. We were a party of 5 adults and two children 4yo and 2yo. The check-in process was smooth. The property has a pass-code key, so there was no need in checking out and returning the key back to the rental office. The home was very spacious with all the necessary kitchen ware, plenty of sleeping space and room to relax. The home is in close proximity to the lighthouse and the beach and only a short drive from downtown Savannah. Even though the weather was quite cold on the days we were there (below freezing at night), the heating kept up a comfortable temperature inside the house. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and would recommend it to anyone.

Great family vacation at Sandy's North Shore!

The house was great. So many wonderful porches, it was difficult to choose from! Nice layout and great decor. Very clean. Just a bit too far to walk to the beach.

Outdated Pictures & Needs Work

The title of the property is "Pet Friendly," which is not. They only allow 1 pet up to 10 lbs. For this to be the first words in the title is completely inaccurate. The pictures are several years old it seems as the home is not in as good of condition as it portrays. The home needs much more weekly maintenance/upkeep to charge the prices they are. The upstairs bathroom was completely clogged. There were several nails laying on the floor on the screened in porch. Upon arrival, we took our shoes off to keep the floor clean; however, within a few minutes everyone's feet were black which tells me the floors haven't been cleaned in some time. We booked through a local rental agency. I sent the same information to them without ever getting a response. Safe to say that we will NEVER use this company again.

Great spot, relaxing stay

Comfortable for 6, sharing 3 doubles. Plenty more folding beds and sofabed but not much floor space to put them up, so a struggle to accommodate more than 3 couples.
