     Ligger direkt bakom historiska officerens rad (John Mellancamp är vår granne!), denna tysta del av Tybee ligger nära fyren och North Beach.
    Bottenvåning, inhägnad gård, högt i tak och extra stora fönster som ger massor av naturligt ljus att hälla in. Detta hem har blivit helt renoverat och designat. Stugan erbjuder nu 2 badrum och en extra "vattenkåpa!"
    Full av konst från lokala konstnärer och vintagefynd, bekväma möbler och bästa av alla extra stora veranda med gungstolar. Verkligen en södra charmare av ett hem! Detta hem är ett historiskt hem, och husägaren har lagt till ett extra badrum för totalt 2 1/2 bad! Ännu en unik egenskap hos vårt hem! Det här är hälften av duplexen med Enlisted Men's Mess Hall på andra sidan. Båda sidorna är tysta och har privata / separata ingångar. Behöver du plats för en stor familj? Hyr båda sidor!

The Best One Yet!

Our vacation was very enjoyable, and the property was simply delightful! The folks at Mermaid Cottages were very friendly and helpful. Check-in/out was simple. We loved the Screened Inn house. It was just perfect for us. We are already planning our next stay at Screened Inn in the Spring.

Screened Inn is located on the North end of the island, very close to the beach and the lighthouse. It's a very quiet location, and convenient to everywhere on Tybee Island. The Inn is always spotlessly clean, and the Mermaids are so responsive and helpful. We just love it...

An amazing family trip!

The house was well appointed and in an amazing location both on the island and to get to Savannah and surrounding attractions. The private beach access was amazing. The house was comfortable and we appreciated the historical significance of the property. I could not believe that we had neighbors, it was so quiet. A king size bed in the master would have made for a better night sleep, but the property is pretty much perfect. We would love to visit again! Thank you!

This cottage is laid our wonderfully, the kitchen and screened porch were our favorite hang out spots. I will have to say, the mattresses are over firm and somewhat uncomfortable. The beaches are very pretty and having a golf cart to puddle around was super. The mermaid Cottage team was there if we had questions or any needs. This is our third or fourth trip to Tybee and working with the Mermaids and will not change.

There was plenty of room to spread out and the porch was a welcome and breezy place to rest. The beach was a short walk through a hidden garden (watch out for all the spider webs that get made overnight!) and we found lots of wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!
