“House was so cute with amazing history. The hosts could not have been more accommodating. They even turned the porch lights on for us when they learned we would arrive after dark! Highly recommend Mermaid Cottages and this house. We walked everywhere and others staying in the neighborhood were all friendly and respectful. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great unit and great hosts to work with. Very clean and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. My only slight disappointment was that there is no closet in the primary bedroom and limited dresser space, but other than that everything was great! Mermaid Cottages is a wonderful group to work with, excellent communication and very accommodating. ”

“Great location on Tybee. Tucked in off the main strip, very cozy, easy walk to the beach, plenty of room, fenced in backyard was perfect for the dog. Will stay again. ”

“Great location to North End activites, including Fort Screven and North Beach area. Nice view of the salt marsh. Area downstairs with couches, TV, and hottub is nice for four to six people. If you happen to be bringing kayaks to use, be advised-at low tide there is no water in front of the dock on the back of the property. High tide has plenty of depth, so a six-hour window or so, before to after high tide, to use the dock to shove off and come back. There's also not much water to travel...
