“Lovely home, right on the beach. Nice to stay in a place that has honored its land. Lawn in the front and back. Easy saunter along the pier to the beach. The screened porch is extra nice at night. Very peaceful with the ocean in the distance. ”

“This was our third year visiting Tybee but our first stay at Trolley house. Trolley house was cute and unique with a great location. It comfortably fit our family of 5. We loved getting to easily head to the beach everyday and even when the beach was “busier” we still had plenty of space to have our things and play. We would definitely come back to Trolley House! ”

“This was such a cute cottage for our bachelorette trip we planned. The house decor is the cutest and matches the photos! The front porch that was enclosed was perfection! It has two swinging day beds. I really liked how well stocked the house was too when it comes to essentials! The backyard was good too, we ran into an issue with a lot of mosquitoes and Missy was quick to respond and have them come out and spray. The location of the home was also another for us so that was a plus! So close to...

“Perfect little cottage! Close to easy beach access, golf cart rentals, North Beach Bar & Grill, ice cream shop. The extra touches were fantastic - efficient, quiet tower fans for each bedroom, multiple charger ports for electronics (and for the golf cart), tons of pantry items including ziplocks, chip clips, olive oil, seasonings, coffee pods & coffee, beach gear. This little place packed it all in! Would love to come back.”

“We were really impressed by this property. It was super clean and decorated very nicely. The location was very close to the beach and a short drive to what I would call downtown Tybee. There are restaurant options within walking distance. The water in the property had a unique smell…a little fishy. All and all this place met our expectations! The owner was very responsive and let us check in a little early. Highly recommend! ”

“We had a wonderful time at Clamdigger. The house was just we needed. My husband and our 2 boys (9/12) stayed upstairs and our in-laws loved the apartment downstairs. We lived on the front porch from coffee to cocktails. We walked all through the neighborhoods and into town. The beach and river were close so no need to get in the car. The house vibe we perfect retro vacation vibes. Can’t wait to come back. ”
