“Missy has done a wonderful job with furnishing, decorating and providing awesome amenities. It was so nice having a golf cart, kayaks, and outdoor shower. We especially loved sitting on the dock and unwinding on the swinging bed in the screened in area. The area was very quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed our stay celebrating our anniversary! ”

“This house was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was a huge plus as we were traveling with pets. They were able to burn off some energy in the yard. The house was exactly as the pictures showed and how the listing was described. The location was good too. Walking distance to the beaches and main downtown area. We also took advantage of the short drive to Savannah for some tours and food. This house was a great home away from home and we’d recommend it to anyone traveling with kids and pets....

“We have stayed at Screened Inn numerous times, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Tybee. We also feel that the mermaids are hands down the best property management group that we've ever encountered. We'll be back as soon as possible!”

It goes a long way knowing they were just a phone call away .The location for this home is perfect. Just minutes to Tybee Beach and 15-20 minutes from Savannah. “The Island Dog Cottage was the perfect group stay for 8 people. Amazing screened-in patios and had everything you need, from beach chairs to cooking supplies. Short walk to the beach. Great location and Mermaid Cottages were always available.”
