The screened porch entry gives a sense of southern charm to this quaint cottage. Step inside revealing coastal, nautical decor throughout. The bright and airy open living area has lots of natural light and high ceilings with a large sectional sofa and a Smart TV. The beautiful custom kitchen includes all appliances and an expansive center island that will double as a dining area with bar height seating for four and a gathering space when entertaining. Just off the kitchen is an adorable screened porch with a dining table that seats 8.

Two bedrooms are on the main level. They each are furnished with a Queen size bed and have wall-mounted Smart TV in each. The shared hall bathroom has a glass-tile walk-in shower and artful details. Up the open staircase is the third bedroom with two double beds, a pair of bunks for the kids, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Located only two blocks to Tybee's mid-island beach and steps away from Tybee's Memorial Park, this home is in a perfect spot to enjoy all that Tybee Island has to offer. Memorial park welcomes families with tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground for kids, and open recreation fields. Stroll to several restaurants and bring your bikes, or rent them while you are here. You'll be able to access Tybee's bike bath from Memorial park - the best way to see Tybee is on two wheels.

Challenge your family to a game of Ping-Pong, or enjoy evenings by the fire pit in the backyard. There is a gas grill for cooking out, and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off after a day at the beach. Private parking for up to four cars and wifi is available.
