For a quick weekend it was good. It is a triplex not individual home but never heard any noises from neighbors. For beach front the ease of access needs to be addressed. House itself could use some updating but the furnishings amd their comfort levels were nice

This is a triplex end unit that was not made clear in the description. Location has a great view of the beach on the back side living spaces and master bedroom. Two other bedrooms are on the front side which is a mere 20 ft from the very busy curve on Hwy 80 which provides much traffic noise for those TRYING to sleep in those two bedrooms. Kitchen is adequate for most needs. The kitchen sink faucet needs maintenance as it is very difficult to move it from side to side from one sink to the other. The TV in the living room is the smallest I have ever experienced in a rental! I think it may have been 42”. Absolutely inadequate for rainy day or nighttime movie watching! TVs are relatively inexpensive these days and our recommendation is to immediately replace with a 55-65” tv. Also the WiFi or bandwidth is inadequate as we could not even stream from our Netflix or Hulu Accounts. The upstairs guest room shower/tub subflooring under the tub seems to be breaking down as it has much movement while standing under the shower. There are also water marks in the ceiling below that would indicate some water damage. We did not use the outside grill as it doesn’t look like it has ever been cleaned. Pretty disgusting actually!

Tybee time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claire’s Rendezvous. The deco was delightful, beds comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Communication was excellent with the rental agency. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Claire’s.

Wedding weekend

The exterior was in dire need of maintenance and upkeep. We were more than a little concerned when we pulled up, but were pleasantly surprised by the interior though. It was clean and most importantly did not have any smells. The views were amazing and the king bed was very comfortable with nice crisp sheets.

Awesome location. 1st time to Tybee

You walk into a wow view! The home is lovely and the rooms were airy and bright and decorated well. The coastal decor was really charming and ample furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with many of the basics. To the owners, thank you for being pet friendly. Our 2 dogs are family and we were so happy to find such a nice home to have them with us! The bedding was awesome and very clean and smelled fresh. The baby gates were a surprise and came in handy. The garage is huge and was great to have. We did not use the hot tub. Our gentle constructive criticism would be that the landscaping is really poor. The trees, brush, fencing, and ground covers havent been cared for at all. We would 100% stay here again. Ty again for allowing our dogs!!!

Wedding

This location is wonderful!! We stayed five nights for a wedding. Can’t beat the beach view. The only thing that we had an issue with was you can’t park a golf cart in front of the house because its on a highway that carts aren’t allowed on. They have three red lights that you can cross over into different parts of the island for golf carts. Very golf cart friendly town!! We had so much fun. We parked the cart a half a block away and walked back to the condo which was no problem whatsoever! Only other issue is it technically a three-story house so get ready to climb some stairs but my 80 year old brother-in-law had no problem with it!! It is a great spot for any kind of vacation!! Highly recommended

Great View

I stayed at this property last year and decided to stay again because you cannot beat the view. It's an end unit and you can view the ocean from most areas in the unit. Last time I stayed, I recommended that the stove be replaced, and I am making this recommendation again. The stove is outdated, filthy, rusted and needs to be replaced. I actually hated to cook on it. There was grease and grime around the pilots, and it didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. I tried cleaning it and the grease and grime is ingrained into the stove. Another recommendation I had last time and still have is to clean the carpet leading up to the unit. It is filthy. Housekeeping did a horrible job cleaning the property. There was hair in the sink and in the shower which was pretty disgusting. Also, the vents need to be cleaned. There was black stuff coming from the vents in the kitchen. I will come to Tybee Island again but will most likely look at other properties for my stay as I have stayed here twice. I'd like to see what else is available.

Needs a lot of repair and cleaning!

Ceiling fans were very dusty. Closet had old tv and blinds. Rugs were filthy! The dryer did not work. Called them and a service man came out two times and the dryer still didn’t work. The views were spectacular but for the price we paid for this rental it wasn’t worth it! Beds were not comfortable. Needs more blankets for the cooler season. Missing a blind in living room and the others were damanged. The living room remote was damaged and taped back together. This was my second time staying here . The first was 9 years ago and it looks like no updates have been done since then. We did see many dolphins from the balcony. But the main balcony was loose and we had to keep the 4 year old away , not stable enough for her safety! We will not be going back to this rental!

Beautiful Location

The house was beautiful as well as the location. I wish the property manager would offer beach chair rentals as part of the package. It was annoying not having beach chairs when you have house on the beach. That would be my only complaint.

Girls trip

Great house for a girls trip! Beautiful view of dunes and ocean. Walking distance to great restaurant and ice cream ( Savannah Praline) House was in good order and bed were very comfortable and had everything we needed. So fun! Avoid The Sugar Shack. Was charged $10.00 for ice cream that was so nasty I had to throw it out 😢

Can't imagine a better location!

We were attending a weeding in Savannah and thought we would grab a few days on the beach. Couldn't have been better option. Sunrise right in front of you every morning! Outstanding!

Great Stay!

You cannot beat the view from this property! I loved waking up in the morning and looking out the window at the ocean or sitting out on the decks and looking at the ocean. Overall this was a wonderful property. It does however need some updates. The stove definitely needs to be updated. It is old and rusted and should be replaced. In addition, there was mold in some areas in the master bathroom, around the shower and on the wall. I understand this a beach property and what you are paying for is to be on the beach, but it would enhance the property if there were some updates. It would be also good to clean the carpet on the stairwell.

Great stay and perfect location

Pros: You cannot beat the location of this property. You are right on the beach and within walking distance from restaurants, etc. The property is well stocked. They have beach chairs, table & chairs on deck and a nice grill (and even dog gates). Inside they have supplied tp, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, towels, etc. The furniture is extremely comfortable and enough room to spread out and it was clean. Cons: If you are bringing pets please be aware that there are those sticky burrs everywhere. After some bad sticks my dogs were too afraid to go out so that was miserable and those things got in the throw rugs and we could not get them off. Also no dogs on beach (the fine is $290). Bring bug spray for the no see-ums! The one bedroom upstairs is HUGE and the other is small even though both have a bathroom which is nice. The small room upstairs only has a small tv stand with two SMALL drawers. I had to put my clothes in the downstairs bedroom (or hang them all) because I had no drawer space which was inconvenient. My dogs had to sleep in the closet because there was nowhere else in the bedroom to put their beds. The other bedroom is VERY nice. We are at Bubba Gumbos, Island Salt & Grill and The Deck. Don't eat at Bubba Gumbo's unless you like over seasoned food. The Deck was also bad as they fed us lettuce (salad) that was old and very overpriced. Island Salt & Grill was the best meal we had close by. I'd highly recommend the food tours in Savannah - had an awesome guide and it was so much fun going to all the different places. Loved Savannah. If you download their parking app its easy to park and get around. All in all - great trip and great property. I would definitely go again (maybe leave the dogs at home).
