The main entrance is on the second floor of the home. Guests are greeted by a grand wrap-around porch where there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6, a gas grill, and outdoor furniture to relax on. The porch space flows seamlessly into the second floor’s large, open floor plan that features the living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom, which have all been updated with cool coastal decor, and all new furnishings with a modern touch. The living room is outfitted with a wall-mounted 75” Smart TV as well as a massive couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping space. The dining area is furnished with a table that has standard seating for 8 but can be easily extended to accommodate more guests. Head into the dine-in kitchen with all high-end appliances, a large kitchen island with bar stools, and a table with seating for 6. There are beautiful hardwood floors and additional furnishings throughout to allow you to vacation with all the comforts of home.
The top floor of the vacation home is where 4 of the bedrooms are located. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-sized bed, a large Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the top floor’s wrap-around porch. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, a large tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king-sized bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Both have access to the wrap-around porch and a Smart TV. Bedroom 4 features a queen-sized bed and Smart TV. These three bedrooms all share a full bathroom with tub and shower accommodations. The second level of the large wrap-around porch is a highlight of the home and has ample outdoor seating and a bed swing to enjoy a Tybee Island breeze and partial views of the ocean.
Head down to the ground level for endless family fun in the home’s game room, which features an extra fridge for beverages, air hockey, ping pong, cornhole, and Smart TV with an Xbox gaming console. Just outside is a brand new hot tub and firepit, perfect for enjoying the perks of outdoor living. Bedroom 5 is also located on the ground level and is furnished with a King-sized bed and Smart TV. Additionally, there is a hall bathroom for this bedroom. There are 6 parking spaces, but only 4 vehicles are recommended for larger sedans and SUVs.
A Wave From It All is situated on a South Tybee location, about 50 yards away from a short sand pathway to the beach close to the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. This perfect location allows guests to enjoy all Tybee has to offer with its proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
