Unwind and enjoy splendid views of the bay, witness the stunning sunrises, and watch as ships sail silently from the comfort of the living area and the open-air deck.
The home is located only a short distance from the Tybee Lighthouse and is within walking distance to favorite North Tybee shops and restaurants. Walk into the comfortable living area and take in the fantastic water view from triple sliding glass doors facing the bay. The open-plan living and dining areas share the view of the dunes below with comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace with a mounted 60-inch flat-screen TV.

Step outside onto the open deck to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise, or cheers with evening cocktails at sunset. The balcony includes a gas grill for cookouts, table seating for 4, and lounge seating. Prepare your vacation meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with all you need including stainless steel appliances, an induction cook-top stove, and a Keurig coffee maker to start your day off right.

Just up the stairs, the home’s second level features a spacious primary bedroom with a spectacular view, and you can unwind watching the dolphins play from the furnished private balcony with seating for two or simply lying in bed. The bedroom has a King-size 4-poster bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The spacious second-floor loft offers a full view of the bay and has a sleeper sofa, game table, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV, ready for game days and movie nights.
The two main-level bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a King-size bed, a 50-inch TV and opens up to a screened, covered porch - feel the Tybee breezes and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the bay from the comfort of the screened porch. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. There is also a separate large laundry room for guest use on this level.

The garage area is set up as a game room, with ping pong and corn-hole, and a 55-inch TV and additional seating to catch all the games. All TVs are Smart TVs, WIFI, digital cable. Please note: This home is one home away from the public beach access point, which is at the end of Shipwatch Lane and Polk Street. There is a pathway through the natural dunes leading from this house to the wide, uncrowded beach, approximately 150 yards through the sand path.

The North end beach of Tybee Island is quiet and family-friendly and is on the Bay, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Savannah River providing a beautiful sandy beach with calm, tranquil waters where your kids can play, you can bodyboard and kayak or simply watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
