âI made a suggestion on my last stay and this trip,they had made the change. Happy to see that.
The staff was courteous and always aknoelwdged us when we came in and out. The man handling the breakfast was courteous and said hello to us and kept everything clean and stocked. Front desk was helpful as we needed an itwm and the staff member searched for it and found it. We needed a late checkout and they were able to accommodate.
Its convenient to UAH (less than 5 min).â
âEverything was great! This is my second time at this hotel and it has been nothing but great. Only problem I had was one of the towels had a stain. It was folded in a way where the cleaning staff could easily see the and and very visible when folded.â
âStaff was great! They recently had a remodel and did away with carpet which is a plus. However, you could tell that they rushed a few things, ie outlet covers missing and fixtures in bathroom with a gap for ceiling and plate cover. Cleanliness was excellent and staff extremely friendly which is a priority. They were also able to get me an early check in which I really appreciated. â
âAbsolutely perfect stay. The whole place is spotless, the room was spotless , no weird smells. Everything worked, had a wonderful cool, quiet sleep. â

âHad pleasant week long stay here. Breakfast could use some enhancement. Otherwise, the facilities were well lit, clean, and well maintained. Personally, I was impressed with the laundry machines. â

âI had booked three nights but fled after one. Area and staff was ok, cleanliness, smell and comfort was awful. The room smelled SO BAD. Both smoke and general dirty smell (non-smoking room). So strong stench it caused headache and nausea. Even after we escaped even the childrens clothes reeked of smoke. Windows in room were so dirty it looked like in an old factory. Dirty in many places, old furniture falling apart, several bugs. Microwave was peeling of paint and dirt into babies bottle when...
