“Great location in city center, close to shopping and restaurants. Great facilities with gym, lap-pool and spa. Non-smoking restaurant was a big advantage, in country where everyone smokes everywhere. Service was very good. ”

Additionally, it was off-putting to see guests from the upper floors throwing cigarette butts out the windows,which ended up at our balcony.

"A really lovely hotel with a high standard. Thankful fir the nice guy(that I unfortunately didn’t get his name) that checked us in til the guy at the concierge that even charged or EV so we could have a full battery before traveling onward. The biggest issue was the lack of water in the room for over 10 hours due to maintenance. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation, not even extra bottles of water. Despite not being able to shower or use the toilet for such a long period, they still charged the full room rate, which felt unfair given the circumstances.
