“Wanted to have a get away from the hustle and bustle ”

“The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. ”

“So many kind words to say about Spice Tree. First: how many establishments have you ever been too that the manager of the Resort will ride with you to the hospital. FYI do not drink the spring water in the National Park in Munnar. He rode with our taxi driver to hospital, he stayed with me the whole time. I can never thank him so much for his help. “This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent...

“Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. ”
