“We loved our stay at Hans canal boathouse. Fantastic location and friendly helpful and generous host. The boat is really unique, very clean, well equipped and comfortable with a gorgeous view and lots to look at, boats going by. Great outdoor area. Han had complimentary beer, wine, juice and milk for us in the fridge and specially delivered some stroppewaffels. We highly recommend Hans boathouse and we would book it again. Thank you so much Han. ”

“Ein Stern ist selbst zu viel!!! Achtung - Betrug!!! Das Boot was angeboten wird gibt es zwar aber wird ausschließlich bei booking angeboten. Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. “Beautiful houseboat in the charming village of Monnickedam. Clean and confortable for a family of 4 - it has everything we needed. Roof deck not pictured to enjoy the sunsets, and a outside table in the front. Close to town, it's an easy walk to restaurants and maybe 20 mins to the grocery store. Easy communication with the host. One small detail, the location in the marina is different than the picture, the houseboat has close neighbourghs but it wasn't a problem. We had a great time!”

“This was an incredible end to our trip. The town is so quaint and adorable with so many friendly people. The houseboat was gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. The sauna was perfect since the weather was a little chill but exactly what you’d expect for the end of December. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing experience!”

“This was such a cool place. The accommodations were a little different than what was listed/shown, but super comfortable and worked fine for us. There’s a fridge, microwave, nespresso, toaster and kettle. And they left plenty of coffee pods for us! The dock is nice to hang on at night and passersby wave from their boats.
