âStaff care and friendliness. Lovely breakfast. Brilliant facilities and in beautiful surroundings. There were two of us in a double room and We would have liked two towels. There was only one. Apart from that we would highly recommend. â

âNice hotel but false advertising with "electric car friendly".
I arrived at the hotel with 15% left in my car. the hotel only had four (three working) 8 kw chargers. You had to walk into the reception and ask them to start the charger. You are only allowed to charge for four hours meaning that the car could only charge up to 44%.
This is the worst experience I've had with a hotel that claims to have an EV charger. â

Just a small thing might be to a proper wipe down on walls and such.

âAlbert on reception was extremely helpful, not just checking me in, but helping get into my room as I couldn't get my key to work not once but on two different occasions, he also sourced a hair dryer for me, which I expected to be in the room considering it was an executive room. The staff were welcoming in the restaurant at dinner and at breakfastâ
