We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are not sure whether or not you spoke to us regarding your concerns as we would have endeavoured to assist you. Unfortunately, because of the generic nature of your feedback we are unable to make any improvements to our business or rectify any issues for future clients. May I suggest that in future you approach the business concerned if you have issues so that they are given the opportunity to make changes & improve your experience with them. Most small business owners are more than willing to do this for their guests/clients.

As we take our guest satisfaction very seriously we would be only too happy for you to contact the park directly, our team take great care in ensuring the photos posted on all platforms are indicative of the accommodation types we have available, and would love to find out where you saw the mixed photos, obviously not every cabin is exactly the same as the last but we do provide a variety of images per category. We do hope that you will contact us, as we appreciate all feedback and use the information gathered for our ongoing improvements to all aspects of our park.

Hi Tom, thanks for sharing your feedback and giving us a chance to respond. We are sorry that your accommodation did not meet with your expectations. We are currently in the process of upgrading our older style budget cabins. We do have an ant problem occasionally due to the sandy soil and our cabins are regularly "bombed" to try and keep them under control. All our cabins are cleaned after every departure, and your cabin was cleaned the day before your arrival we are sorry that you found a lingering smell of vomit, we do understand that this is unpleasant and apologise for this. Please be assured your cabin was cleaned prior to your arrival. We are pleased you had a good time and that you we able to enjoy a get together with friends here in our park, and hope that one day we will get to welcome you back again.

Hi Steve, we are sorry that your recent stay with us did not meet with your expectations. Our WIFI is not turned off but since changing to NBN it does drop out on occasions, even in our office. We have not had anyone advise us of the lounge being broken, but we will be looking into this and of course replacing it if it is broken. We wish you happy and safe future travels.
