The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with an electric ceramic hob with 4 cooking points, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, a flat-screen satellite TV , air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection, exit to the terrace furnished with stone table and benches, equipped with awning and view of the park. The house offers for free use: deck chairs, an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, gazebo, barbecue. Bicycles are available for a fee. The Punta restaurant about 800 m from the house offers a vast choice of fish menus, appetizers, first courses and deserts. At only 400 m there is the station of the tourist train which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in central Umag and vice versa. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips.
