Step inside and discover four elegantly furnished bedrooms with comfortable double beds, an aditional separate single bed, two modern bathrooms, and an additional separate toilet with a bidet on the upper floor. The upper level also features a shared hallway lounge and a balcony with cozy outdoor seating — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet evening chat.
Unwind in the spacious and inviting living room, or find your zen in the private sauna, complete with a stepper machine for light exercise.
Outside, Villa Maria truly shines. The villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden with comfortable outdoor furniture, a covered porch with outdoor dining ideal for al fresco meals, and a beautiful private pool (heatable on request). Lounge the day away on sunbeds under parasols, and in the evening, gather around the outdoor fireplace and BBQ area — perfect for grilling and enjoying warm summer nights.
