Villa Alpa is located in the Umag-Punta area, which is very popular with tourists.
The area is quiet yet central.
Close to the tennis courts where the renowned Umag Open Croatia ATP tennis tournament has been held for years.

The property is located in the tourist area of Umag, favoured by tourists due to the variety of beaches and coastline, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of various species of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses.
The beach and bathing facilities are only 400 metres away and can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The beaches are varied to suit all tastes: sandy, naturally rocky, with concrete or pebbles and with vegetation and trees close to the shore.

The house is located on a 730 square metre plot with a small garden with children's games, free private parking in front of the house, a large terrace on the roof of the house equipped with sun loungers, parasols and two outdoor whirlpools for 6 people each (2x2 m) are available to guests of the house for free use.
A reservation for the whirlpools is required on arrival (use is possible twice a day for one hour per flat).
The house offers 7 holiday flats for rent, one for 2 persons, 3 for 2+2 persons and 3 for 4+2 persons.

Flat 6 is located on the first floor of the house.
Furnished with care and love in a modern style to make you feel at home.
It has two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), wardrobes, bedside tables and bedside lamps, bed linen provided (weekly change), one of the bedrooms has a mirror and a desk with chair.
The complete bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, hairdryer, bath towels are provided two per person (changed weekly).
The "open space" living area consists of the kitchen area, equipped with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with 4 ceramic hobs, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, extractor bonnet, plates and cutlery, pots, cooking utensils. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed for two people, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, exit to the covered furnished terrace with table and chairs (6sqm), garden view and car park. free Wi-Fi internet connection available.
Laundry service on request for a fee.

For those who love the gym, outdoor fitness equipment is available free of charge by the sea. The nearest beach is 400 m away, the grocery shop 800 m, the restaurant 500 m, bar and kiosk 150 m. Only 400 m away is the tourist train stop, which departs from the tourist village of Katoro and runs along the coast to the centre of Umag and vice versa. The centre of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by tourist train.

In the centre of Umag, visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, take a walk along the famous Umag dam, explore the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, or visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground by the sea. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is recommended to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.
There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organised excursions by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days away from the beach or evenings out. Very interesting is the artist village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town situated on a hill and famous for the annual film festival held at the end of July, the village Livade very famous for its white truffle. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 kilometres from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the Brijuni National Park, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organise various fish picnic boat trips where you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and to visit the Dinopark in Vrsar, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets, various options for tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more. For organised excursions, we recommend the Trevitours agency, which will also bring the tickets to your home after consultation by phone or with the owner.

Noise at night is possible during the ATP tennis tournament from 17/07 to 26/07.
