On the main level, 2 generously sized bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 195 cm in width and 210 cm in length, and each room benefits from a private shower and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making them ideal for younger guests or groups. This level also features a dedicated playroom with satellite TV and a shared shower and WC. The upper floor is home to a bright and spacious living and dining room with satellite TV and direct access to the terrace, alongside a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
