Inside the studio, you will find a modern interior furnished with great attention to detail. A comfortable double bed (160x200) with high-quality bed linen, which is changed weekly, and two bath towels per person create a cosy atmosphere. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and mirror round off the offer. A kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, electric ceramic hob and dishwasher is available for self-catering. A dining table for two makes cosy dinners possible.

Outside, you will find a 10 x 4 metre communal swimming pool, an outdoor shower, parasols, sun loungers and an inviting barbecue area under a mighty olive tree. A small terrace near the studio invites you to relax in the open air. The shared fenced car park provides additional security and convenience.

The surrounding area enchants with a public beach just 800 metres away and invites culinary exploration, with a restaurant just 200 metres away and a grocery shop 1 kilometre away.
